First experience with ordering and not familiar with the menu nor the process of making the bowls. I think the staff could be a tad bit more patient with the fact that when people are ordering online they are just choosing from the options they see and if there is no clear direction on what is required to make the bowl you can only choose what options you see.
Ex: I was told I only wrote "no banana" in the comments when actually I wrote and selected all options that were available as a "no banana" option because my daughter can't stand them. You can see all the options where I selected this in the photo attached.
No one wants to feel like they have to argue about what they really did when placing their order even if you see something else on your end.
I was told I needed to choose a base even though there was an option for "no banana in base" and it didn't clearly delineate that a base fruit or choice is required so I just chose the option that made sense(also in photo). Then I was told well its ok you got away with it today no biggie. Are u serious, got away with it!?!?! As if me spending $58 and just not knowing what u had to choose was getting away with anything all because when you choose "no banana in base" you have to substitute the base which was only extra $1 or $2, so what was I really getting away with. I did explain that to the employee as well. I left the extra $1 for the strawberry/blueberry substitue so my order was paid for in full. I never want to feel like I'm getting away with anything.
There are better ways to educate your customers and still provide good customer service.
BTW the bowl still had banana toppings so not sure if there is an issue with the site and what the employees are able to see...
Read moreLoved this place! It’s a very chill vibe with nice music and the service was really great. We had delicious and healthy food, we loved sitting on the patio. Definitely enjoyed ourselves and would be back.
My only complaint is that I ordered a mushroom latte and my boyfriend got a cappuccino- they gave me his Capp and he was drinking mine. They both tasted mostly like milk so we couldn’t really tell the difference until I started feeling a bit of a buzz and realized they had dropped them off to us switched and just said “here you go” without telling us which was which. They weren’t labeled so we couldn’t confirm the difference until they cooled off and we could taste them more. I’m a bit disappointed since I have to avoid caffeine with the medication I am on.
I’m still giving five stars because I know it was an honest mistake, but it’s still...
