I was hoping for a soft glam wedding look and sent over some pinterest inspo pics. Ericka did a phenomenal job and exceeded my expectations! I love that she offers a wedding trial so that you can meet her beforehand and try out different makeup looks so that your wedding day is stress free. I have very oily skin and my wedding day happened to fall on an extremely hot 80 degree day. I was concerned that all my makeup would sweat off before I even made it to the reception. Her makeup skills are magical and I still looked stunning even after sweating, lots of crying, and the dance party. I also appreciated how she had every shade of foundation and was able to make each girl of my diverse bridal party feel beautiful. I also made a booking mistake and did not realize until the day of my wedding, and she was so kind and accommodating. I am so thankful I chose Ericka as my artist for the big day! She's incredibly organized which I think makes her the makeup artist that she is. We did a trial a couple of months in advance of my wedding and she wrote down everything she used, shades, colors, etc so that she can replicate day of. Of course, she amended anything I asked her to and even color matched me day of since I got a little darker (thank you, Ericka!). I had the best time the morning of my wedding having some "quiet time" with my makeup artist before the chaos of a wedding ensues - we got to chit chat while I sipped on my coffee and she did her thing.
