I worked they for over 17yrs and in that time had mostly good work experience. But, as time went on, it began changing and not for the better as I watched things change. First started with KW and their moto was "World's Best"! Worked w/same manager except for last 3 years, then got a new one and is when things really began to change. I always took a lot of pride in what I did but this new manager wanted me to take cheaper and worst work ways to do my job and I really didn't like that, and he did the same when working with outside customers. Then asked if I "learn" something new so I could help in other ways so did but soon found out he did it so he could say I wasn't doing the job. But that wasn't my main job I was hired to do, but still was trying to learn another function so if could be of help that I could. Then sadly lost my job due to me trying to help learn other aspects of our depatment. Sadly, he changed and ruined what my previous manager and our group worked so hard to created, so PACCAR isn't the best place to work from how I was treated as well as others I've talked with.
