I’ve been going here since 2015 and eaten every now and then. Last time was approximately 2.5 years ago. Just moved back to WA and it was a must visit again. I wasn’t such a reviewer then but I am now, so here it is. I got the classic pad Thai mild. My wife got the pad Thai medium but according to her, at medium, there’s no spice, so if you like spice, hey the “Hot” level 4. Pad Thai was excellent. Very filling. I couldn’t even finish half of it, so it’ll be dinner for later. Service was alright, wasn’t very attentive BUT I go give credit for her because it was a one person army for server. She was quite busy so I wasn’t mad at all. Wings were kinda over priced, 4 wings for $6 during happy hour. It could’ve been justified by size of them but I didn’t get it. Environment was very calming and relaxing, slight jazz playing in the background, huge plus because I am a big big fan of smooth jazz, so my eating experience was very enjoyable. Pad Thai’s were decently priced. The restaurant could use some more lighting. Could very well be the daylight saving eating away the days light, I ate around 3pm but it was kinda dark in there. Overall, a great eating experience. Would definitely recommend and will definitely be coming back.

After coming to the Landing for nearly a year, I finally try Nibbana! To say the least, I was happily satisfied! This review currently only talks about my experience getting takeout, but still worth 5 stars in my opinion. The space is bright and clean, the staff are nice and attentive, and the food was very good! To be perfectly honest, the pad see ew I ordered seemed a little watery, but it tasted fine. There was good texture in the noodles as well. I couldn't really see a lot of their space, but it's very open and bright. It's right at the corner, so the windows just bring in so much natural light. I love spaces like this. I'd recommend this place for everyone. Although, I'd recommend against large parties (over 6) just because I don't really see how they'd fit you with the table orientation (but I couldn't really see inside so maybe they have a separate space for that).

Today, my co-worker and I decided that it would be a good idea to get some Pad Thai (shrimp) from this place, and it proved to be a mistake. We decided to give it a try with the new establishment after getting sick from the previous Thai 65. The food was a little greasy, but mine was good at least. Both my co-worker and I began feeling stomach pains after we ate our food. I have a strong stomach so i don't really throw up or anything but, my co-worker wasn't so lucky. She threw up four times. I convinced her to call the store and talk to the manager, which she did. This is why I am writing this.

She called and asked for the manager and they said the manager wasn't in, so they put her on the phone with another person (?) who was not named. My coworker mentioned that their food made her sick and the woman she was speaking to asked for a receipt. My co-worker was never given a receipt, but that is something they can print from the system... anyway, the hostess [we never got her name] said that the refund was no big deal, but would only happen if she went to the doctor to get a report proving that it was their food that made her sick. So basically, she needed to go to the doctor, and pay a $50 copay to get a refund for $15 worth of food that made her sick, otherwise, she looked like a liar. Afterwards, the lady on the phone began to talk about how much seafood they had served that day and how much money they had made... then she mentioned that nobody else got sick and called in about it so, why should we believe you? I can't even believe that. I stood next to her for this phone call, heard it all, and now I'm furious.

I am posting on her behalf because I've worked in the service industry for over 12 years... and this is some of the worst customer service i have ever seen/heard. I am not making a statement about their service in general, just about this situation in particular. So my advice would be, if you are a person who can easily get sick from eating greasy food or potentially iffy seafood, please heed my advice and avoid this place. I know she will not be eating here again, and I'm honestly appalled that an establishment would treat a health issue in such a way. Thats 2 customers down. I really hope they take this as an opportunity to be more considerate to their customers very real issues and be responsible for...

I was from out of town meeting up with a friend, who highly recommended the place. Upon entering, I had to visit the restroom. I was asked by one of the servers to "carry my service dog because other patrons may be uncomfortable with him around". I asked who complained as my service dog hadn't made a peep and also per ADA it's a federal law. She was not able to answer the question. I do NOT carry my service dog. Nor do many others who are granted one. The server stated, "I understand, I have a service dog , too!" My service dog WALKED with me to the restroom. I almost asked all the patrons in the restroom to find out if anyone had an issue with my service dog's presence as claimed by the server. I did not. Respectful of others enjoying their dinner without even glimpsing at my service dog. I suggest that the owners of this entity educate their employees more on the ADA and tend to this employee who claims she understood as she has a service dog herself. That same server knew I was upset and came to our table to offer a water bowl for my dog. I refused. I stayed because it had been a VERY LONG EXHAUSTING travel day to get to Seattle to meet my friend. And he went out of his schedule for this meetup. No complaints about the food. However, until I see a different review about how they treat disabled patrons or their improvements on education on service animals laws, I do NOT recommend their customer service skills on that aspect nor will I be back. I believe my friend will also make Seattle folks know of this!!! Plan on REPORTING...

Were your $5 appetizers $7 on your bill? They swap the menus out so you think the food is cheaper. I ate here June 15 for happy hour. The price was $5 each appetizers on the menu they handed us when we sat down. We waited 15 minutes to order since they wouldn't honor the happy hour price before 3pm, which is completely fine. We said we were would wait till 3pm to order then to receive the discounted price. Our waitress returned 2 more times in the 15 minutes asking us what we wanted to order and we reminded her we were waiting till 3pm, and asked each time if we could order now and get the happy hour price and she said no because the computer had to catch up. Totally fine with all of that, I didn't mind waiting. After the we got our bill all the $5 items were $7, we asked why that was. They then gave us the menu that had different prices than previously. The appetizers were now $7. And they said we read it wrong and must have been looking at "happy hour 3pm-5pm" and thought it said $5. I promise you the menus said $5 because I sat and did the math of how I would spend on lunch, and so did the person I was with. We both saw $5, we both talked about how great of a deal that was. The person I had lunch with actually pointed out that it's almost happy hour and look they have $5 appetizers. I feel scammed, cheated, and I will never return. Very very sad. Had a cockroach on my plate back when this restaurant was called Thai 65, that was 10...
