So I'm find myself in the unfortunate position of having to return to AT&T as a carrier after having 2 years of struggle with T-Mobile and the reason why I say unfortunately is because the Southcenter location store I had one of the worst customer experiences of my life and I don't recommend anybody ever visiting that store and I really for a long time was adamant about never coming back to AT&T but I realize that they are the lesser of what Evils are offered if you can afford Verizon then I strongly recommend the going that route because I the time I have spent with them in the past has been amazing but unfortunately I can't afford to pay just for myself $140 a month stand for at my cell phone so it just can't be justified and I've tried all the smaller carriers in western Washington and everybody has their failings AT&T as well mostly my experience with them was just at Southcenter location they used to have a cell phone support center there which was wonderful and then when they close that they began using the Assurance system which is I believe it they're still with Assurant but they were for a short time which is a terrible replacement for having a skills tax on hand to answer your questions and help you with issues with your phone I really think it's an unfortunate thing that they moved away from now that being said I had a completely night and day experience when I went in here to research transferring from T-Mobile this is a different store than the Southcenter location and the employees and the manager should be commended because as far as I could tell at the Southcenter store they were trained on how not to assist a customer and how to make every process as difficult as possible this store however the one in Renton Landing is wonderful the employees are helpful they're knowledgeable they seem to be interested in getting you the answers that you need and if they can't they're certainly open to admitting it and looking deeper into it and that is all I ever ask and if you don't know just tell me you don't and will try and figure it out together and you know I don't want to be pacified broken down to or treated as though I'm not as valuable as any other customer in the store and typically in the past that's the feeling I've gotten from AT&T I'm almost as though they could care less whether or not they had my business because they have business is business so I know this is long way of getting around to saying that if I do return to AT&T it will certainly be through this store I'm not sure if they're part of the AT&T family or if it's a you know one of the out-of-network franchise stores but if they are they have done a wonderful job in AT&T you should recognize what it is that they're doing there and maybe try and replicate it in your other stores and I would recommend just firing everybody at your Southcenter store because they...
Read moreI purchased my tickets, paid the extra fees for a seat accommodation. The folks on the phone were kind. However the ticket information on the phone was not clear. I went to the station thinking I was at the right spot in Seattle, but clearly missed my bus. I called right away as directed by person at the station whe n they did finallyopen with 1 personnel. They would not fix my ticket issue. The office was closed and I did arrive early enough to get to needed destination, but on the return trip, the office was closed and as a result there wasn't any guidance to go to needed destination point. The flix personnel droned on 25 minutes about safety and rules regulations. They demanded only a 3 minute phone call. They just went on and on about their gripes for cleaning up and making sure passengers picked up after themselves. The awkward feeling of bathroom issues was annoying. I had a service dog đâ𦺠and right away, the person who was directing passengers inquired, "what is this?" I immediately showed my dogs service tag. Which he did say thank ypu; However then he started making a demand I had to buy 2 tickets in order to provide...
Read moreShops are nice but the parking situation is horrible. There's like no disabled parking whatsoever and every time I've been here has been ironically to visit the Swedish Pain Services clinic they have located there and it's so hard to find any parking near that entrance. Several times I've had to hobble from the parking over by the back of the Landing shopping strip all the way to the clinic's office, crossing two streets to do so. Swedish does have their own parking garage but it's so hard to get into and not easily visible from driving around the building and entire shopping centre numerous times.
I commute to this clinic from Olympia because this is their closest location other than the Cherry Hill Campus in Seattle and it's hard to be in pain from a long drive only to have to walk several hundred feet because there's no disabled parking near a physical therapy clinic... just to clarify this is a review over the horrible parking, not about the clinic, which is fabulous. And everything else about this shopping centre seems...
