Read moreThe sales representative, Nick, was helpful but not pushy. He left me to make my decision and chatted amiably as I paid. The delivery team were courteous and quick. The entire experience would have been perfect if the distribution/scheduling people had accurately detailed my setup; the poor delivery team was harried for time because my gold service delivery was not listed nor was the required time provided in their schedule. They also have not been informed about how to open a Purple mattress (there’s a provided special tool, apparently). I cannot be the only customer who needs someone else to lift a heavy mattress or wrestle it open, that’s why I bought the mattress at your store instead of online and paid extra for the set-up service. Read moreI placed an order and spent almost $1000 on a queen mattress18 days ago, to have it delivered to my son, in WA; It was supposed to be delivered tomorrow. Received an email yesterday, saying you “just heard from the vendors,” and you can’t deliver as promised, and we’d have to wait for another email to find out a new delivery date. Received that email two hours ago in the middle of the night. The new delivery date is now more than 2 weeks from now!! Why bother setting up a schedule for delivery, if you can’t fill the order? And like I said, this purchase was made, paid for, with delivery arranged, 18 days ago, Why ido you bother setting up a delivery date 18 days in advance if you can’t even fulfill the order? People request time off of work to be available for an entire day (since you don’t find out until the day before the delivery, what your two hour window is.), and then you can’t follow through?
