
I can’t say enough positive things about this gym. The owners are the kindest and most supportive athletes I’ve worked with - they are patient and encouraging with a newbie like me.
I started lifting in November with Chris as my coach and I have progressed so immensely in such a short time - I leave every session feeling energized, empowered, and ready to come back for more. Chris is a thoughtful teacher and coach, he takes the time to ensure I’m working on my form and understanding what my body is doing. It’s obvious that coaching is his passion.
This gym was a dream come true for Chris and I started patronizing it as a gesture of friendship and now I’m continuing as an investment in myself.

Despite the gym being a very focused and competitive powerlifting gym, it remains one of the most warm and friendly ones that I’ve visited. Members have no problem sparking up a conversation between sets, helping you with a lift off or spot, or having a friendly “lift-off” where you see who can lift more on a specific lift.
