Had a simple bracelet repair done the cost was $25 now a week later it has come apart again from the “repair”. When I first dropped off the item I was told it would be ready friday after 1p I came to the store at 4:30p and was told its not ready yet come back in 30 mins, I came back more than an hour later, and she said yeah give me one minute then I hear her finally actually doing the repair so i sit for 15 mins and she brings it out. this is not a professional repair there was no soldering done and the new rings of the bracelet were simply pushed shut, you can literally do what she did at home with a pair of pliers, and here I am a week later and of course it came apart again. I was also told I would receive a text when the engravings were done. The deadline came and went, so I called the next day. I was given some excuse about being caught up in an estate sale and told they would do the engraving right away. When I picked up the engravings, they inscriptions were not centered and on of them was even crooked. She refused to provide a refund claiming a 10 day return policy (despite never having delivered the items). A dispute was submitted to Amex and funds returned, but Maggie then falsely claimed we refused to pick up the items and reversed Amex’s decision (despite Maggie confirming that said items were not available the day we cancelled).
