MOD Pizza — Restaurant in Virginia

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCE EVER ORDER DELIVERY FROM HERE. First the delivery notification system is completely incorrect. Received a text driver should be there in 2 minutes but the tracker shows driver 10 min away. Next driver shows up hands me one box... I ordered two pizzas. He says the Mod folks gave him that pizza. I open it up its the completely wrong pizza. I tell him the whole order is incorrect. Next I call Mod get forwarded to support for their horrendous delivery service. Guy tells me he will put in a reorder and I will receive an email confirmation with an update. After waiting 15 minutes and no email I call back... support says i never spoke to them and they don't send email confirmations. At this point I am beyond frustrated I ordered the pizza almost 2 hours ago, the support guy is doing nothing to help me feel better about the situation or to fix it and instead is condescending. I finally just tell him to issue me a complete refund... oh and get this... this refund confirmation will be via email but I may not get it for hours.... DO NOT...

Bad customer service. The restaurant was not busy at all and I was the only person who was ordering at that time but the guy with ear rings was very impatient with my order as if he was serving me free food to me. I mentioned it was my first time there and still he was getting very irritated with I took few seconds to figure out what I wanted.

Even kids could do a better job. I am unsure why such people are employed at places like this. If he does not have patience he should find a job that does not have human interaction.

Even though food was good the employee’s attitude sucked. Never coming back again ever. I have not seen any response from owners for reviews on google. I hope they act on this and improve...

Last night 01.19.2022 ar 7pm I ordered pizza to pick up at curbside I was waiting for 30 minutes I can't go inside because I have my baby in the car that is way I chose carb sid I call no one answer phone and I go inside t spoke to cashiers and I told hem I'm waiting30 minutes and no one come to me and no one answer the phon he look at me and say I don't care is this on mod pizza called porfitinol customer service I want some one from your company call me if you think your store is porfitinol costumer servic and I take very cold pizza home next to store not long drive and I call no manager available to answer me is very bad experience sore for your business you need help to train your...
