If you are looking for great quality, variety, affordable hair and great quality CUSTOMER SERVICE then this is your forever hair store! I love coming to any 3 locations and get the same service! The Young Ladies are so helpful, knowledgeable and Respectful!! I am new to the lace fronts and 2 ladies helped me out and went above and beyond with their exceptional friendly and knowledgeable service, their name is KeKe and Destiny! Them young ladies are the BEST! I gained a lot of info from them last night! I appreciate them so much! I love coming here and the owners go above and beyond for your needs and GUARANTEED to walk out with what you are looking for! IF NOT YOU ARE STILL GOING TO WALK OUT WITH SOMETHING! I went here because I thought my flat iron purchased the previous day did not work. My issue is when I asked for a replacement the man gave me a flat iron that coat 20 dollar in which my flat iron was 29.99 but was 50% off the previous day. When I tried to tell the man that he became immediately dismissive and pointed to receipt . When I tried to reply it he immediately started flailing his hands and speaking in Arabic. I have been following them on FB and also reading the reviews which were excellent. First off the customer service was awesome trust me beyond my expectations. Very impressive for a beauty supply store. The prices are comparable but much cheaper than online shopping. Most importantly I got everything I needed so I when I got home I cleared my amazon cart lol, no waiting or guessing what I ordered would be delivered without damage or a knock off product. I past tons of beauty supplies to get there many that l have been to but didnt like the customer service. I will now be a loyal Beauty...
