*Awful follow-up *Awful customer service *Deserves no stars
I'm going to try to sum up a shorter version of my experience...
I've never had an experience like I had at factory furniture outlet...Awful. First off I ordered a kitchen dinette set and a bunk bed. The bunk bed came with missing parts instead of them offering good customer service and having the delivery guys return the next day to delivery the missing parts, I had to wait almost two weeks for them to return with them ( all because they had no deliveries in my area) which meant that we could not fully assemble the bed. That was issue # 1
The issue that I am still currently dealing with is (keep in mind, I ordered from them over 2 months ago) issue # 2 my dinette set has four leather chairs, on the very same day the dinette set was delivered we noticed a very long tear in one of the chairs, I called immediately, instead of replacing the entire chair they ordered just the piece- ok, if it had not been THE WRONG PIECE!!!! It came about a week ago, so again I had to call and deal with the managers horrible customer service and lackadaisical attitude, not to mention them never even apologizing! I regret the day that I ever walked into this place. I am still waiting on this issue to be resolved, I've went in there several times, emailed and called. One of the worse decisions I ever made last year was walking into that place. I've tried looking for a corporate office but I guess that it is individually owned, I will be filing a complaint with the BBB AS WELL. They don't even deserve to be in business!!!!
UPDATE 1/31/16 my piece came, I had to pick it up, because they wouldn't deliver it nor assemble it, so I picked it up yesterday. I still feel the same way about them. Horrible, even my BFF that went with me to pick up the piece said had I not had that awful experience she would've looked around and purchased...
Read moreThe level of unprofessionalism during this delivery was extremely disappointing. The delivery team arrived later than the given time frame with no communication or apology. Upon arrival, I asked whether the smaller couch already in the room would be an issue, and I was told it would not be in the way. Based on that, I did not move it.
When I was asked to inspect the delivery, I noticed wood debris on the floor. I asked where it came from and was told it was from the couch. I pointed out that the couch was not damaged prior to being moved—especially considering I was told it wouldn’t need to be moved at all.
Additionally, when I was asked where the garbage should go, I responded that it could be placed outside, as the team was not taking it with them. Despite that, the trash was left inside my living room and hallway.
This was one of the worst delivery experiences I’ve had. To make matters worse, one of the delivery personnel attempted to argue rather than resolve the issue. At that point, I asked him to leave, as there was nothing more he could do to fix the situation or the...

My sister recommended that I shop here to furnish my first apartment and I wish I went somewhere else. THEY DELIVERED THE WRONG BED! When I brought it to Pauline’s attention she went back and forth with my fiancé about how that’s the bed we chose. IT WAS NOT. We even took pictures of the bed along with other furnishings to see how they matched! We had an entire decor plan in place and the bed they delivered did not match at all. Come to find out the one we actually picked was out of stock... Same bed, different color. Did they think we would not notice? Ugh. I will say I love the sectional we purchased and the movers were phenomenal and got the job done for what it was worth.
