Galaxy Dispensary — Local services in Rich Township

I've been going here since they opened, and I initially loved the place because of the worker's upbeat attitudes and low prices. I assumed that the positive attitudes and politeness were unique to this location, but I have come to see that this location is very pushy regarding tipping. I have found the ordering process to be suspicious, as, for some reason, every pickup order I make is canceled. Upon arriving to pick up my order, I realized that the overall price they told me at the register differed from the price online plus taxes, specifically by about 5 dollars. When I asked about the price difference, they immediately changed it and said they didn't know what happened. Yes online they let us know taxes affects the final price, we all know this. I see 90$ online and I know I’m going to pay 120$ in person. BUT, the 5$ difference issue only happens when I go to GALAXY DISPENSARY, not Lux leaf, Curaleaf, Stash, Ascend, or Windy City cannabis dispensaries. I am a regular at all these locations and have never experienced this at any of them. It’s almost as if they are rounding up the tip on their side.

When I give them cash, they hand me a solid 5 or 10-dollar bill, insinuating they deserve that big of a tip. The number of tips a customer chooses is and should always be up to the customer's discretion and based on work skill and quality of service. Another suspicious service I find is that in all the 20+ times I have been to this location, my points do not magically exist. So buyers should beware of the low cost of the product and check their receipts or prices because extra money and rewards points are flying around somewhere, and it isn’t in your pocket...

I've been going to dispensaries for 4 years now. I've decided that this one is my favorite! The staff is amazing. The atmosphere is really better at Galaxy! I've heard nothing but good things about this place. From the owners to the staff. Just all around amazing people. Thursday was the first time I was on a sesh bus. That was such a new and fun experience for me! Not to mention this place is very pretty on the inside. Hats off to the astronaut walking around. That was super awesome! They had 2 people helping people place orders! Both did an amazing job! I'm excited to go back and try more strains! What a welcoming place! Well I'm not a smoker, but my husband is. So I thought I would surprise him by purchasing him some extra smoke. Bought 2 different products bith grown by caviar. Brought them home. Now my husband is a medical patient so doesn't need to go to this store. He had other smoke so didn't use these right off. So the other day he decided to try the ones I had bought and they tasted moldy. When he called and told them about the product he was told there's nothing they could do period. Now don't get me wrong he wasn't looking for a refund. But something to compensate woyld have been a nice gesture. But got nothing. Therefore we will not be going back to this location.
