New Ambitions Entertainment — Restaurant in Rich Township

We booked this place for a 60th Birthday party. The booking time is in blocks of 4 hours so we selected 7-11pm.  When we signed the contract it was explained that we had to remove the food & decorations after the 4 hours but could remain and continue partying if we wanted to.  Two days b4 our party, we discovered that the owners son booked a "Trapathon" Sneaker ball from 7pm - 3am on the same day as ours. We knew by that theme that it would be an entirely different age group, music & vibe than ours. We had over 70 guests but during our time slot there was only 1 bartender & they ran out of a popular liquor after the first hour. At 11pm security starting putting our people out!!!! I reminded the manager about our prior conversations (between her, the owner & myself) & she confirmed we could stay. However the security called the owner, Ms Diva, & she said we had to leave so they continued putting our guest out!!! I will never step foot in this...

Booked a party at ambitions for a friends birthday and the experience was terrible. First of all the owner double booked the venue and did not give us the options to refund our deposit and find a new venue. The party was scheduled from 7p-11p, we were told more than once the decorations needed to be removed by 11pm, but the guest could stay and continue to party and drink until close, however the security started snatching decorations down and rudely putting our guest out. Keep in mind not only did we pay to have the party at Ambitions, but any guest that arrived after 8pm paid an additional fee to get in. The birthday girl was upset and embarrassed because there were guest that arrived at 10p paid to get in and was rudely put out at 11pm. DO NOT BOOKS THIS...

I LOVE the Club, the owner, AND the staff. Even the other patrons were friendly and obviously enjoying themselves also. My nephew needed somewhere to go after he and his fiance got married. As a last minute effort to find a location, they reached out to 'Z', the owner. They were so impressed by her venue , they ended up getting married there In front of a small crowd that consisted of family and friends. The owner and staff went above and beyond to make their special day a dream come true....
