The food is usually delicious which is why I'm giving it such a high rating, but sometimes their service isn't up to par. I ordered a chicken wing dinner and asked for white rice and they sent it with fried rice. I called and asked them to send me some white rice, and they didn't have any drivers. Understandable, they were really busy. Then I asked for a refund on just the chicken wing dinner because I cannot eat it. Then they proceeded to tell me I had to bring the whole container of food back up there to get the refund, which I am unable to do. If I could drive up there to drop it off I would have drove up there to pick it up instead of getting delivery. After a decent amount of time on the phone They eventually said that they would let me get another one for free down the line. I hope they actually remember that and that they weren't just saying it to get me off of the phone. I'm writing this review as proof. I'm hoping they'll see this and know that I'm not lying about my food being wrong. This actually really upset me because to be honest, they're chicken wings are delicious, but salty. I wanted the white rice to offset it. It's too salty for me to eat now... I'm going to have to give my food to someone else... Luckily I also ordered a smoothie so that's going to have to be my dinner (Their smoothies are delicious if you've never had them). But be aware that if they mess up your order it might be hard to get them to fix it.
Edit: About 5 minutes after writing this review they called me back to tell me they finally have a driver now so they're sending me some white rice. Now I can actually eat my food. I changed the review from four stars to five stars. Can't wait to eat ✨

Read moreService was not great with the young girl taking my order. I asked if the prices were correct on their website because the prices they have in the restaurant are not the same. She says “we only have one website” I ask again, are the prices correct and I show her the website that is listed on their google maps account. She says she doesn’t know what that is because they have been trying to take that site down (with an annoyed tone of voice). I’m confused How am I supposed to know that cute is wrong? Lose the attitude, all I did was ask a simple question that could have easily gotten answered with a yes or no. What’s the real website lol🤦🏾♀️
