Sun-Sun — Restaurant in Rich Township

I've been going to this place for years and never had a problem until today, when I ordered Mongolian Beef and Beef Fried Rice. When I was eating my dinner later on, I had mixed the beef with the rice as usual as I bit into a piece if beef I noticed a long piece of black hair hanging from my food...not only that but after removing said hair, I stirred my plate and found yet another long piece of hair, and that's not even the end...my nephew who had eaten his food had threw up the food and found hair on his tongue....now this is all wrong on so many levels...so we call back up to the place and they tell us to bring it back in, so we do along with the hairs we found, so we get back to the place and the lady behind the counter refused to refund our money because the beef was eaten out of the Mongolian beef, my dad had eaten before everybody and ate the some of the beef, I never finished my plate of beef and placed it back in the container but the lady still refused to give our money back, and my mother walked in cordial and polite being discreet about what we found for the sake of the other customers there but as the lady refused to refund us saying that the beef was gone, my mom could no longer take it and had to inform the customers indirectly, saying her husband was bald, she had gray hairs and my hair was braided so it didn't belong to any of us and as the lady refused our refund we left, and plan on filing a complaint with the health department because this should not happen to anybody. Stay away from this place and because you can see into the back where they cook, you'd also notice none of the workers were wearing hairnets, please do yourself and your family a favor and stay away and find another clean...

This was undoubtedly not just the worst Chinese food I've ever had, but THE WORST food I've ever had It was inedible. We put spoon in one of the dishes with the brown sauce and it was so gelatinous that when we lifted the spoon to serve, the sauce didn't run , it hung from the spoon. It couldn't be swallowed. The egg rolls were filled with nothing but cabbage. And the wrapping on the potstickers was thick, tacky and just icky. When we cut one open, there was just a dab of filling, even though the dumpling was standard size there was so much wrapping there was no room for filling. Sometimes you go to a restaurant and you may get 1 thing you don't like, and that's what happens when you eat someone else's cooking. But 4 for 4 is on the restaurant. There is no excuse for food this bad. It's better to close than having someone else cook. And the prices on the walk are taped on. Another customer remarked it seemed like the prices changed daily. It's also not a place to sit and enjoy your dinner. The lighting is cheap store light. The appearance is drab . Any place else has...

Let me start by saying this review has absolutely nothing to do with the quality or the taste of the food, this food is about price gouging. I made a larger than usual order today and I guess I haven't been paying attention to how much their prices have gone up but when my bill came and it was 9250 I was absolutely taken aback. My husband and I have been customers of son son since they opened and I had expected the bill to be maybe 75 bucks but 92.50! Then after I hung up from the order I went over what I ordered and the only meat dishes that I ordered were two large orders of 1x General Tso's chicken and 1x orange chicken the rest of the order was mostly rice!!! Nope, we understand that everything is higher but cmon now $92.00 for what was a mostly rice and fillers order! SunSun, you cannot justify this high of pricing! You just lost really good customers today and i imagine you have priced out most of your regular neighborhood customers out of being your customers....
