Sunday, December 20th I called in to order a very simple order which was 10 Catfish steaks, 20 wings, and 2 orders of hot peppers. The girl on the phone told me the price and repeated my order back to me twice. I was then told I would be called when my order was ready. An hour later my husband heads up to Sharks to pick the food up. After we get home we see the order is incorrect. Instead of what I ordered we receive 10 Catfish and 10 Wings with a 2-Liter, so I call. A girl answers the phone and tells me I need to bring the 2-Liter back and that they will charge me $10 for 10 more wings. I requested that something be deducted for the inconvenience and she told me no that they donāt fix orders and continued to insist that I bring the 2-Liter back and pay $10 more. She never apologized or anything. What kind of raggedy customer service is the franchise running? This is not the first time this place has messed up my order and was not willing to make it right. I would suggest you not waste your time ordering from this restaurant. I called the manager Faris twice today only to be told he was not in and that he would give me a call. No one has called. We have to stop allowing businesses in our community to treat us with no respect. Donāt waste your money at this franchise, they do not respect...
Ā Ā Ā Read morehaven't been to sharks in a while, searched "food near me" and thought hell yeah. got tripped up a bit with the "order with Uber eats" feature; I didn't want Uber delivery, just wanted to order and pick it up but I went with it and found you can just select "pickup". navigated the menu easily, found and ordered my selections and chose "pay at pickup". eezee peezee. a word here, you can really customize how your order is prepared, seasoned and even cooked, "soft" "crispy" and "hard" are among the many choices. and by golly they way I ordered them was the way I got them! the ordering app is simple and understandable, the cooking and seasoning selections may look a bit challenging (so many choices) but just stick with it and get what you want. the app stated my order would be ready on 12 to 25 minutes and it was ready right on time. they also have a "progress of your order" graphic a la domino's and was helpful and accurate. pickup and payment was a breeze and it's worth mentioning that even the containers, bags, and packing are really top notch, with the outer bags tucked in neatly. creates a really good impression and the food ( ! ) was exactly as I ordered it....
Ā Ā Ā Read moreMy mom and I come out to Richton Park once a month to run errands, and today I was craving Sharks. After we did all our grocery shopping, my mom and I went in and ordered our food. I ordered an 8-piece wing dinner, and my mom got a perch and wing dinner. We also got a plain cheesecake and a banana pudding.
The cashier we met today was very sweet. The customer service was fine.
However, the chicken was cooked a little too long it didn't bother me too much, although my mom said her fish was fried way too hard. The fries weren't old, but, they were pretty okay. The part that disappointed me the most, though, was that the cheesecake I got did not taste good. It tasted like plastic wrap, very oily. I did call back to let her know, and she offered for me to bring it back, but I live 30 minutes away, so I just wanted to tell them.
The cashier did inform me that the cheesecake this Sharks gets is from a company they order from, so just a heads up to anyone who's thinking of getting it.
