This place is very unprofessional. The women wouldn't take me because I was 5 minutes late stated she had an appointment at 4:30pm, I waited and eventually at 4:25pm she said I am sorry the appointment was not for 4:30pm but instead 4:45pm. At 4:45pm no one showed up, clearly she was lazy and didnt want to take any pictures and wanted to milk the clock for the last hour. Stated they closed at 5pm and eventually took me after I spoke to her supervisor melissa. Took garbage pictures with my kids shoes untied, and then she was asking my 9 year old what he wanted to do in the pictures, like he was the professional photographer. Not even given the kids count downs before she took the pictures just snapping. Told her forget it and to reschedule us. Called to get a refund but couldn't get one because I purchased a groupon. Then asked for coporate number from melissa, supervisor acted like she couldn't give me her supervisor name. Gave me a customer service number that I will be calling.

Will not be back and will not recommend...

I had a appointment on Halloween for my baby’s first birthday shoot the lady was so unprofessional didn’t tell us how to pose she didn’t even know it was a birthday shoot Keely taking pictures when we weren’t looking they came out blurry they only offered other Fashion session but I did a cake smash with a 100 dollar cake she lost out pictures so she had to call because all of them came out white my appointment was at 3 and I was there till 7 and I told her if she could hurry because it was my sons party that day I am very disappointed it was my fist time taking a photo shoot for my son I wanted to come for Christmas but with that new lady that was there her name is Renita We had to go look for her because she was in there for...

first time I have been in the past 11 years that I would not recommend anyone go for pictures. Less that great quality, very unprofessional and pushy salesperson. The other photographer (who took the pictures) was nice but didnt take a variety of poses or get the individual shots without prompting. Poor centering of images which cropped my kids from one of the cutest pictures. Too much money for the quality of the visit. I have been to this studio 3 to 4 times per year the last 10 years.
