I joined Ronin fitness a couple of weeks ago and I must admit that he has lived up to the hype. I use to train daily but Iāve fallen off over the past few years being married with 4 kids and a full time job. At age 43 Iām in decent shape but I needed that extra push that I canāt seem to get working out alone or with just another gym partner. Man Lex is on an entirely different level. I spend 45 minutes to a hour there on my scheduled training days and not a second goes to waste. Lex is professional and very down to earth. Honestly, Iām not a real people person but from the moment I first spoke with Lex it was like talking to an old friend. Very comfortable and familiar even. Initially I was concerned with losing money from being unable to make it to training some days because my job requires callouts at a momentās notice. Lex is very flexible when it comes to this. He pretty much builds his schedule around his clients. This is a big plus for me. And the workouts;it doesnāt seem like much when youāre doing them but man are they effective!!!! I started training in the gym when I was a teenager. Iāve even operated a training facility and coached numerous individuals. I didnāt think that there was much more for me to learn and initially I joined for the extra push and motivation. But man was I wrong. Lex has definitely done his homework. Heās good. Really good. I've been training with Lex Ronin since July/August of 2019 and couldn't be happier with the results achieved. Lex continues to be great to work with, even going virtual during the COVID-19 pandemic shut down of 2020, mixing routines up to stay fresh and interesting while having the maximum benefit toward my fitness goals.
I began as a 67-year-old in reasonably good health who, in the previous year, had lost 60 lbs. and needed to firm up. I also wanted to build up (not bulk up) my upper body strength.
I would highly recommend Lex. Meet with him. Discuss your goals and his methods. Take a trial workout session. Then make your decision. You won't be disappointed.
