Subway — Restaurant in Richardson

I work in the area and often visits on Sunday evenings. On multiple occasions this particular employee (a young Hispanic female) locks the door, turns off all the lights to give the perception that this subway is closed and deter people. Today 2-02-20 @ 7:15 pm when I pulled up all the lights were off but I saw her move from in the back of the kitchen to a place out of sight. I knocked, honked my horn, everything. She never came out and she saw me as I pulled up. She does not have the right to refuse service to people, and simply ride the clock because she's lazy. If she doesn't want to work why is she there. I request to speak to a manager. The manager must not be aware of this. Mind you, this particular Subway's hours on Sunday are from 9am-9pm. The old short hispanic man is very rude and disrespectful. I wish I could give 0 stars. I went inside to pick up my online order and it wasn't ready. So as I saw him making my sandwich I stood at the counter. I choose less tomatoes online, he put several. So I stated oh not too many just a few. He looked up at me and placed more on my sandwich. I replied not more I don't like that many. He took 2 hands full and placed them on my sandwich and yelled gesshhh is this enough? I stated you know that's way too many and do NOT play with my food. Would give 0 rating if I could after what I was given. I ordered 2 meatball subs customized through UberEats. I'm assuming they must've been out of meatballs because what I received was totally different and completely wrong. When I opened the wrapping paper I saw that not only were the sandwiches not meatball subs, all there was between the two hard pieces of bread because they didn't bother toasting it was ham. At first I thought maybe the delivery person might have just grabbed the wrong order by mistake but no. The customizations I requested were there with nothing else.
