Great service! The attendant at the counter was super sweet, nice, and helpful with helping decide what drink to get. Pricing is pretty typical compared to other boba stores. Ranging from $4-$6, depending on size and number of toppings. I got 2 drinks: Golden Milk Tea with honey boba and Jasmine Milk Tea with honey boba - all drinks had no ice and no sugar. The drinks were good, but not anything special or outstanding. The Golden Milk Tea is this house special blend, but the base is black tea, which was strong and had a well-rounded taste through the milk tea. The Jasmine Milk Tea was light and floral which I liked. The boba was nice and qq/chewy with the perfect amount of sweetness to help sweeten up the drink, which is why I asked for no sugar to the drinks. I was told they have 2 types of boba flavors: honey boba and brown sugar boba. The brown sugar boba is sweeter which is why I didn't try it this time but maybe I will in the future. They also have some desserts in the display case and I had to try out their egg tarts. They sell each for $2.50 but also have a deal where if you buy 4 they give you 1 for free. The egg tarts were delicious! The crust was nice and flaky while the filling was nicely custardy-egg-soft and not too sweet, just the perfect balance. I think it's worth a try to come here! I'd recommend it to anyone in the area. The other drinks on the menu look great as well and I plan to come back in the future to try...
Read moreThe 2 girls that where working at noon today where very racially discriminating towards me. I’ve been coming here for months and I noticed they added a new item called “fish balls” on their menu. I asked if it was Takoyaki! But she just said no and then turned away as I’m standing there trying to order? I said okay, what is it? And instead of her saying something like it’s dough with fish or a piece of fish with- or something, to give me an idea so I can order it, she goes “I don’t know how to describe it to you” and turns away again? I then ask if she could please try to give me an idea, but then her and the girl next to her look at each other, say something then laugh and the other girl tells me “I don’t know how to describe it to you” too. I was like okay, can I order a cheesy dog then? (like always) and they go “we don’t have any” and just stared at me. I am honestly super disappointed. I’ve never been treated so unwelcome at an establishment let alone have I heard of an employee not knowing what they are selling. I believe it’s because I’m a brown woman that they didn’t think I would order? But I was very exited to as this was my favorite bobba spot. I will not be returning and I hope they get...
Read moreI have been a tea Daddy customer since they first opened. My usual go-to drink was always the coconut drink with no ice. I am extremely familiar with their policy that if you order no ice then your drink will not be filled to the top. However, this was by far the worst experience I've had with tea daddy and their customer service. I have never received my drink from them halfway full when I order no ice. Usually at most it is maybe an inch from the top full if I order no ice. I even added 2 to 3 in of ice to the drink to see if it would even fill up to the top, and it didn't as you can see in the pictures. I called them to let them know about the issue and I was offered a free drink for the next time I come in. Two days later, I try to go in and get my free drink as promised, but the owner refused. He said that his staff cannot offer free drinks only he can and he proceeded to argue with me over not offering a free drink to right this wrong. Absolutely terrible customer service. Will not be going here again. I will be telling everyone about my...
