Worst place EVER! 1st time I ever went into the store. A manager was assaulting a customer she believed stole from the store. Even after the customer proved she did not steal Everyone was stuck in the store as they were blocking the doorway and even when asked if I could get my kids out. The employee would not move. So they had to witness everything

Today I decided since I was alone walking by I would step into the store doorway and look at a jogging suit that was hanging by the doorway. The employee was one 1rack away from me and immediately asked to look in my bag and for me to leave it with them. I didn't even get past the 1st rack of clothes by the door before eyes were on me and they were able to see that I wasn't doing anything suspicious. What kind of clothes will fit in a small Sally bag?

I won't return and will be reporting this company to the BBB. Along with calling our city to report the behavioral problems. I understand the world we live in is untrustworthy and people do bad things. But use your judgment correctly and don't assault anyone.

The store in its self.... Love it! I feel that they have Horrible customer service (not everyone). Some of the employees followed me and my family way to close while we was trying to look at clothes( for my teenage daughter). I had a personal experience with one of the "employees" coming up behind me resting her head on the clothes rack watching me closely. She rudely interrupted me while being on a phone call and tried to suggest a pair of pants, for me. (not my size, clearly I was looking in Jr's) I kindly told her no, but thanks anyway. She repeated herself and I kindly reminded her once again, "no thank you". I had returned two items that I had purchased (literally less than 5 minutes),that were out on the floor but didn't have price tags visible, they were not really understanding when I stated i don't want these things. So I won't be shopping at this...

The staff is so RUDE we went in and they started screaming the dressing rooms are closed accross the floor we asked why they said loss prevention. We where trying on a few things over our current clothing (because we had no choice) we had inched a rack over tso we could see in the mirror and the manager gave me a nasty look and moved it back... I hardly ever go in but every time I do The staff is incredibly unprofessional. My thought was if you are having an issue with this maybe you should be out on the floor watching and insuring there is no loss and not have all 3 people working behind the counter eating dinner at the same time . I'm not sure about anyone else but I need to try on...
