As other previous reviewers, the story is much the same. After an over 15 minutes wait on the phone for the pharmacist to check on a prescription that was faxed by my doctor 3 weeks prior, I get the pharmacist on the line. As soon as I started to explain she cut me off and ask for my personal info to check the status. The insurance doesn't cover, she said. When I'm trying to explain that I was told in 2 separate times that my prescription was going to be served. She kept overlapping, In fact, one of those times I was picking up another prescription and asked about the status of the other one. I was told then that if I was willing to wait 30 minutes they would have it ready for me. I was in a hurry to a doctors appt so I couldn't wait. Went last Monday June, 15, 2020 to pick up yet another prescription and yet again my prescription wasn't ready. The guy behind the counter I believe his name is Lito, asked me for my clinics phone and fax number to contact my Dr.
Fast Forward to Today Friday, 20th, 2020 this woman while I tried to explain her all the saga I've been thru during the last 3 weeks, she told me that I could yell at her all I wanted but the insurance didn't cover that particular medication. I was like WTH? I'm not yelling at you ma'am. ''Well it sounds like it, your doctor can fax the prescription as many times as he wants and the insurance will no cover it''. She was doing exactly what she told me I was doing to her, not yelling at me but with a very nasty attitude. I couldn't be more nicer to her on the phone and the fact that I didn't snapped on her is because I happen to have an app on my phone that records my phone calls automatically, so I kept my composure.
Her attitude was totally uncalled for. What does she really thinks she's dispatching back there? This person has no business dealing with customers much less patients.
Management, this is a recurring complaint. Take action or you're part of the...
Read moreThe pharmacy is absolute trash. The pharmacists who work there are as well. The technicians are usually alright, but there is a female pharmacist with short blonde hair who is actually one the rudest people I’ve ever met. I can appreciate that working in the industry gets stressful, HOWEVER, it does not warrant an employee to be so consistently disrespectful and rude to absolutely every customer. She needs to be fired immediately. I wish this was me just being a dramatic “Karen” over a one or two time issue but I’ve been going here for over a year (only because they have my medication in stock consistently) and she is genuinely the worst pharmacist I’ve ever “dealt” with and an honestly mean human being. She makes you feel like you’re the lowest priority and she said, “you’re not out of your medication, you’ll be fine” when I called to refill my prescription ONE DAY in advance (their policy is that meds can’t be refilled until 3 days in advance) because I work early the next two days and wasn’t going to be able to pick up my meds before I ran out. Walgreen corporate needs to do something about her. Plus, I just called again to get clarification on their pick up policy and she just hung up on me. Worst experience ever. I wish I could change pharmacies. It may be speculation to say this, but I feel as though the only reason they are the only pharmacy that has my medication in stock is because of how many customers they have lost due to her and her attitude and her work ethic. So sick of this. It should not be this hard to refill my medication every month, but that’s not just Walgreens problem that’s also the American...
Read moreToday was the worst service ever and I've been going here for over 10 years! It may or may not have been a bad day for this person, or maybe they are new or maybe they are just plain rude. But I know one thing they are NOT and that's RESPECTFUL. Who the hell in a customer service industry starts a conversation with "what you need?" And in a tone suggesting that I'm an inconvenience. I overlooked that. I saw she was busy, maybe annoyed and while it's no excuse, it happens. She helped me, no problems, but certainly left a lot to be desired. Against my better judgement, I approached the counter again because I decided I would still attempt to purchase what I went there for (invitations). This worker said "you need something else?" Not "what else can I help you with" or something else cordial, of course not. I explained that I was looking for a specific type of photo card advertised on the kiosk. She said "I dont know", "why don't you just get the ones you already got?" This is getting long so I'll wrap it up by saying I didn't buy the invitations I went for. And at this point I was incredibly annoyed and I made a comment to a coworker that they need to hire someone else in photo who is willing to HELP people! The gal I was talking about heard and she said to me across the store "maybe next time you can figure it out on your own!". Yeah that's why I came to your store for help....never stepping foot...
