Edit: bro, when I ask for a receipt and you start swearing in another language, I don't need to understand the language to know what's going on. Leaving this 5 stars because they've always been fair to me, but I won't be back.

I've been coming here for years. They've always been really a solid place to go. They've always treated me fairly.

Once I bought the wrong kind of CBD oil, it was for vaping and I wanted the drops that you eat. I had already purchased the product and opened it before I realized my mistake. The younger person helping me went to his boss and worked it out that I got what I wanted.

Really appreciate them going out of their way to make sure I got the product I wanted despite me screwing up and picking the wrong thing off the shelf.

Definitely deserves more...

The selection is nice, what I don't get is in the last month I've gone here 3 different times before they were supposed to be closed, Just to find out that they are closed. Im not talking like 5- 10 minutes before close either I mean like 30 minutes to an hour! Its very irritating when you end up driving 15 minutes just to have to turn around empty handed ...multiple times ! If you say your open till 8 you supposed to be open till 8 not 7:30 not 7:50 ....8. Who wants to go to a business if they aren't even sure that you'll be open when you say you are? Follow your business hours or simply change them so us as customers (you know the people your supposed to keep happy) aren't unhappy to find out your close when you...

I’ve been a die-hard, loyal customer of this store for about 3 years, due 100% to the customer service and business acumen of the owner, G. Unfortunately, G left the Richfield location to open a new store and, after several visits to this store since his departure, after last week, I won’t be back. This place has steadily gone downhill! The guys running the store now are always out of product, have little to no knowledge about their products, and have zero customer service skills.
