GameStop Prestige — Local services in Richland Township

Went to GameStop Johnstown and bought 3 games bioshock collection, resident evil 4 and battlefront 2. When I got home to put The most expensive of the 3 battlefield 2 in my Xbox there was no game in the case. Needless to say I live about 45 minutes away from Johnstown and am going to have to drive back to get it. They also messed up my GameStop rewards as it has been 72 hours and I have yet to recieve any GameStop rewards points all in all extremely disappointed this isn’t the first time I have been disappointed with this store the resident evil 4 game case is barely together and is about to fall apart as if it’s been stepped on multipul times. Previously I had bought a brand new game and the case was cracked and a chip was missing from the bottom right of the case as if it had bees stepped on as well. It's Xmas day. My son just opened his XBox 360 that his brother got for him from this store. He was told it had a hard drive in addition to the controller. No hard drive was in the box. Luckily we already had an Xbox hard drive so we were in luck.

Or so I thought. The darn DVD drive won't even open. So I looked online at the store. The site does not say it comes with a Hard Drive. So let me see.. hmmm $130 for a refurbished and still not functioning XBox or 200.00 for a new one with a warranty that does work... Yeah I think I'll cover the difference and buy him a new XBox.!!! Thanks for wasting my time GameStop! Yeah I know crap happens but for an XMas gift sorry you sold it you should have made sure it functioned before it...
