I apologize, but I used to really enjoy this store.. Games used to be tested, the staff used to be honest, and the trade values used to be very fair. Now a lot of it feels more corporate owned than locally owned (and they only have like 8 stores across the east coast). I purchased multiple games and some either had rings around the disc or they were the wrong year/franchise entirely. I also asked the employees if they had any games they recently got traded for sale, they declined.. I was able to see them right in front of me and it made no sense. Also, having family trade in games here.. I recommended against it since they don't give any value for modern consoles, only inflated consoles like...

This has happened MULTIPLE times. My time and gas are too valuable to me for all the nonsense these people pull.
PLEASE sell your valuable games and accessories yourself, don't let these guys make a fortune off of you because you may be desperate. The last thing I EVER bought here was 3 broken Guitar Hero guitars they refused to refund me for. Store credit? So I can buy more broken items? They don't tell you, NO CASH REDUNDS, until it's too late.
