The first time I visited was when I was 100% clueless, had never vaped before. The employees are all incredibly helpful, nice, and knowledgeable. A woman working there helped me pick things out, showed me how to change coils, explained everything I needed to know, and even helped me get it set up right at the counter. They have a huge stock and their prices are fair. There's always a large number of testers set up to try juices. They give great recommendations if you give an idea of what you're looking for.
