56 Buffet — Restaurant in Richland Township

This is the third time we've been there, and the third time this place has been a disappointment. Got in at 8pm and the buffet was empty, and what was left was so dried out and nasty that there weren't many choices. One of the girls that normally works there came over and told us if there was anything we would like that wasn't up there, to ask and they would bring it out. There was literally no chicken on the buffet, so I asked if we could at least have some sesame and general tso and she said it would be about a half an hour wait. I told her nevermind, we would be done by that time and not to worry about it. 10 minutes after we sat down we ate what we could find that was left of the food, and both of us needed our water refilled and we were waiting for our check. We sat there for almost 15 minutes after we were done eating and not a single server walked passed us. They were all over sitting together at another table talking to each other and eating steak and other good looking food that was absent from the buffet that night. Overall this was a rather bad experience and not worth the $24 we paid in the slightest. We'll be sticking with main moon, it's no wonder this place is always dead no matter what time of day we go in. I would've argued about paying full price when we left, but my fiancé and I were both too tired and just wanted to get the hell...

I love the fact that Richland has a buffet. Overall, the food is ok. There is a good variety of food and the price isn't terrible. The food has good flavor. The sushi is decent. My daughter loves it anyway. They do have a raw bar where you can pick out your food and they will cook it for you. I do go here to eat a few times a month because my daughter loves it. What i noticed lately is it's a ghost town. Not many people here anytime I go. Two things that bother me. They have crab legs for dinner but only put a very small amount out at a time and only every so often. You're lucky if you even get any. Either the place has a few people in it and they attack the buffet when they actually bring some out or if your the only person in the whole restaurant they bring 3 clusters out an hour. Secondly, not sure why they brought those ridiculous gaming machines in there but the loud, obnoxious casino playing music they produce is annoying. I get it, they may help bring in extra money but turn down the sound because trying to eat and listen to that noise the whole time is very annoying. Im sure there are others who feel the same way. Overall, not a bad place to eat if you don't intend on going for the crab legs or mind the machine noise. Hopefully it stays open since buffets are getting to be a thing...

I gave you people one last shot, and you failed in the most disgusting way you could tonight!! I came for the crawfish and I couldn't have been more disappointed!! Y'all act like I don't know what to expect for a good meal, and yet you couldn't be more wrong!! I've been to some of the finest restaurants around, and it's sad that you don't think that people know what to expect from you, even though you're a just somewhere to get the food people want around this area!! it saddens me to think that you couldn't do better!! Because I've had better at your restaurant so many times before, it feels like you've just given up on your standards and the people you serve!! I've always thought you had pride in the food you serve, but after tonight, you've proved me wrong!! Even after being so disappointed, I still paid full price for your dinner buffet.. nobody even seemed to care that we were disappointed, even after we complained!! It's All about the money and not about your customers!! Please try to do better for...
