I called into this store inquiring about getting photos off of a smashed phone (Samsung 22 Ultra) and was told to bring the phone in and they could do it and he had said he was "the best". I took the phone in 10/10 and was told it would be 100 dollars and they could have it done in 2 hours. I wait in the area for 2 hours to go back inside and be told they need more time and they would have it done tomorrow. He calls Wednesday 10/11 to say he would need until Friday or Monday (10/16) at the latest. Monday comes around and I call just for him to say he is waiting on parts and would have it done on Tuesday 10/17. I call on Tuesday for him to say he needs more time AGAIN and that I can either give him until Friday 10/20 and even then he didn't sound confident he would have results for me or I could just pick the phone up on Wednesday 10/18 and be done with it. Overall, I have had an absolutely terrible experience with this place. I am down 100 dollars so far (and I will be charged for all of this "work" he has been doing) and none of the pictures that I wanted from the phone. I am extremely disappointed and will never return to this place for ANY work on ANY phones. He did not care about what I had to say or what I wanted and has already taken 100 dollars from me for doing absolutely NOTHING. If I could give negative stars I would, this place has treated me like a joke. As an extra kick I had to constantly call and reach out just to get updates about what was happening in regards...
Read moreDropped my phone off for a routine screen repair. Was given the $250 option that did not include a finger print reader, and a $350 option that did. Called 4 days later to check in and was told my device was ready. Arrived to the store and it was not, in fact ready, and it was still sitting out on the counter where I left it. The young lady at the counter promised that it would be ready before the end of the week, and she also promised to contact me when it was ready. No call, so I called back the next week and was assured that it was indeed ready. I picked it up the next day and the finger print reader ( that I paid an extra $100 to have working) did not work. I asked the young lady what that was about and she said to return the next day to speak to the owner. I will now have 4 calls and 3 trips to get this resolved. Update: The owner tried to make it right and get the phone to function as promised with the fingerprint reader. He couldn't get it working and did issue a refund for the difference. The phone screen looks perfect. New Update: Just realized that the front facing camera also does not work, I am not returning to the store for any further resolution as I feel it will be a waste of time and energy. I do not recommend that you go this store for repairs as you will be given the run around and lied to. Might be good for a quick fix on a cheap phone, I wouldn't trust them to any expensive devices. Read moreUnfortunately the only nice thing I can say about my experience here was it was quick. Matter of fact, it was too quick because the job was shoddily done and half finished. I went in to get the glass fixed on one of the rear cameras of my phone. There was dust and glass shards on the lens, just sealed in there when I got it back. It was not cleaned at all during the replacement process. When I pointed this out, he said something to the effect of, "oh that won't affect the camera at all." I say, "something to the effect of," because there is also a substantial language barrier. Which becomes quite an issue when you are trying to explain or understand details of your problem. And to top it all off, there was a huge gap in an attempt to seal the back of the phone (poorly aligned).
I will obviously not be coming back to this place, and I don't even trust him enough to try to fix his own mistakes, out of fear of making it worse. I took it elsewhere to get it cleaned up and...
