I was there on 12/27/21 at 6:45 pm, and the experience was pretty ugly. Here we go:

I got a seat at one of the tables in the bar, and after about 10 minutes or so the bartender lady (she never introduced herself so I don't know what her name is) came over and I asked to see the draft beer list. She said she would get it, and never returned.

15 minutes later I decided to move and sit at the bar, figuring that I might be seen there. The same bartender lady was at the bar, and ignored me for about 10 more minutes, then asked if I wanted a beer. I order a draft beer, but she waits on other customers/does other things, and never brings the beer.

A manager/bartender guy came over (he never introduced himself either so I can't give you his name) asked me if I wanted a beer. So I order my beer again with him, and also order apps figuring that I might not get seen again. The beer and the apps did show up and we're good, which is the reason why they got at least 1 star in this review.

A few minutes later the original bartender lady shows up, and I'm not sure if she even realized that she forgot to get the beer I ordered in the first place. My wife showed up at this point and we decided to order dinner.

40 minutes later dinner hasn't shown up. We didn't say anything yet, but bartender lady knows it's taken forever so she asks a server about our food. 5 minutes later, the food comes out. Sad for me, my burger is burnt and well done, pretty much sucked. My wife's salad and boneless wings were ok.

I chose to not finish the burger, and at this point we just want to pay and leave. It was a $51 order, and I hand bartender lady a $25 gift card and two $20 bills. She comes back and says "I took it out of the $40 in cash first". I asked her why would she do that, and she then goes and gets the manager guy (who brought the beer and apps) to refund the order to ring it out of the gift card.

We were obviously annoyed/mildly upset, but we remained invisible. Neither manger guy or bartender lady asked if we were ok, apologized for the wait, anything. We were pretty much invisible to them.

I'm sure they have good service from time to time, but this clearly wasn't one of those times. May you have better...

Under normal circumstances, I tend to stay far away from Buffalo Wild Wings. The atmosphere is very loud and the food is normally very over cooked with very little flavor. But, for some reason, we decided to go here and we should have followed our usual view point. We went toward the end of the dinner rush to avoid being around a bunch of people even by todays standards. It was still very loud to the point that we had to raise our voices just to speak to each other at out table. There was a group of people near us and they were letting their kids run around the place and they were jumping on the booths all around the restaurant. Did anyone say anything to them? Of course not. We ordered our food and was surprised that it came fairly quickly and wasnt cooked to the point just before being thrown in the trash. The worst part of the visit was our server. She was not attentive at all. She dropped off the food and we didnt see her again for over 20 mins. Once she came to check on us, we asked for a few items and she brought half. Didnt ask about refilling our $3 per person drinks. After another 30 mins she came again asking if we needed boxes, like we were gonna throw over 40 wings in the trash. Still never asked about refills of our drinks. She had to make 3 trips to bring enough boxes and lids and the check. Still no refills. After waiting 20 mins with our food in boxes and me saying that if she didnt return soon, we were gonna just walk out, she returned to collect payment. Once again, you guessed it, still no refills and no offer of desert, even though we had already decided that a few of us wanted to try the deserts. So, if I have my way, it will be 10 plus years before I even consider going here again. Maybe if they contact me about this review and try to make it right, I may...

I spent a very enjoyable few hours at Gibsonia Buffalo Wild Wings tonight with my friend Chuck. We sat on the patio outside to enjoy the nice summer evening, and Chuck a cigar. The tall Summer Shandy was the draft special at $5.25, so I started with one of those, and ordered 6 Chipolte BBQ wings. Chuck had the appetizer sampler. Our food took about 17 minutes to come out, which is by no means snappy, but it was worth the wait. The wings were delicious- they had a dry rub seasoning and were not messy at all. They packed a sneaky kick of heat, as well. Chuck's sampler looked good, and he said that he enjoyed it. BWW also offered celery AND carrots in addition to ranch dipping sauce, the first time I had been offered carrots with wings.

The patio was very clean and had a summery feel to it. During the three hours were were there, I also ordered a Jim and Coke and a Knockout Punch. The J&C was very tasty, and reasonably priced at $5.25. The Knockout Punch, BWWs take on Jungle Juice, was delicious, but didn't pack a punch until I saw that it cost seven bucks! Pow, right in the kisser. Probably wouldn't spring for one again.

Our server Nicole was awesome. She was very polite and attentive. She even found a lighter for Chuck to borrow. When we went to pay our bills, I noticed that I was charged $3 for a Corona I tried to order only to be informed they were out. Nicole apologized and corrected the error, no problem. Thanks Nicole!

Very enjoyable visit to Buffalo Wild Wings. I will defiantly...

You would think that frying wings would be easy, but some places still mess it up. These ones were cooked all the way through and I didn't even have to ask for them to be Extra Crispy. They were pretty big too which is nice. The Crispy Buffalo Ranch Chicken Wrap was good too. The french fires were amazing! They were almost shoe strig fries, but better. They even tasted a little bit like McDonald's fries. They seasoned them too! The Service here was probably the highlight. Plenty of employees were there working. Our server Courtny took great care of us. I watched them pull 3 tables out from their booths to wipe them down and vacuum them out after their parties left. They were only vacuuming for a little bit too, it wasn't like they were trying to close for the night and were rushing us out which I've had happen before. I also saw the manager greeting a few tables and making sure everything was going well. There were even refilling drinks for guests and brining them more napkins. The Atmosphere was about what you'd expect, lots of TVs, kind of dark overall but bright over the tables and clean. There was music playing on the jukebox, but it was really hard to hear because it was super quiet. I'd consider turning it up a bit especially since we paid for songs through Touch Tunes.

First time visiting this location, and first time visiting BWW since before the pandemic. It was a bit busy but we only had to wait no more than 5 minutes for a table to become available. Went with the usual gang to order the Thursday wings special, along with fried curds on the side. Wanted the Southern Tier beer pictured on the wall or the Revolution Freedom lemonade, but were told they were only available at certain locations, so we all settled on a Red Apple ale. We ordered 30 boneless wings, 10 each of mild, Caribbean jerk, and mango habanero. I sampled each, mild was standard and a bit too mild for me, but my brother enjoys it. The jerk was hot with a nice flavor, and the habanero was sweet with a slightly hotter temp. I became a fan of the Asian Zing last visit, and bought a bottle for home! (Didn't order fries or anything requiring ketchup, but as Pittsburghers it was disappointing to see the Hunt's on the table. The disrespect )

Jan 8, 2022 Update. B Dubs Take Out Fail. I had just eaten there in person last month and it was terrific! I thought they may have a new cook because I haven't been impressed by their take out. Just like all the times in the past, it appeared that the dry rub was an after thought, and someone shook it on top of the wings in the takeout box. The wings on top are seasoned well on ONE side, the wings at the bottom have sporatic amounts of seasoning on one side where it fell through the top wings. I have attatched 2 photos showing what I am describing. I usually ask for extra dry rub to help counter this, but last month the seasoning was evenly distributed on all the wings. I guess you need to eat at the restaurant for a good dry rub. I did split a beef brisket (which honestly could have used a little more sauce) and found it to be very tasty.
