We got their meat lovers, we didn't order online or through the app, but when we got there, instead. The pizza was already made and was relatively cold when we got it. It made the cheese "funky" texture-wise because wasn't soft and squishy, as warm cheese should be, and the meat was kinda tough. Seemed like maybe it had been under the heat lamp for maybe a bit too long? They were pretty busy, & to me has felt like, the last few times I've been there, that their new ways of ordering, paying for, & picking up your pizzas (that they're doing to make things quicker and easier), are actually making quite a bit more work for the staff because they're all running all over so much, they don't really even have time to make eye contact with many of the customers? I'm not sure if this is just a settling in period or if this is what it will be like from now on? Hopefully, it's a settling in period, and to see how it will all work, & the Powers That Be will recognize if they need more staff for a while, until it all settles down, or what may be needed? Read moreBesides the fact im obsessed with little caesars already, I can honestly say I am also extremely impressed by the service I recieved tonight. I ordered delivery through the website, which uses doordash as a third party delivery company. The driver never delivered our order then started dodging calls, etc, so I called LC just to inquire if they had a contact number we could use to try to find some resolve with doordash. The assistant manager, Devin, provided the phone number then said to call back if we didnt get the order so he could remake it for us. I returned his call after i spoke with doordash and they couldnt even contact the driver (they said the number was disconnected?), and he said we would make our order again, no problem. Not once did i think LC was at fault, or have any ill feelings towards them, but he still went beyond my expectations and I am extremely grateful that he was willing to help us when our family was about to become a hangry little group lol anyways, props to him!! Read moreI’m very disappointed in this store. My kids and I were going to grab a pizza and have a picnic in the park after a full day of school. We place the order at the drive through and employee states that it will 15-18 minutes. I checked my order receipt and the order was placed at 6:04pm. I go to wait in the car with my kids until 6:25pm. I go into the store to check on the progress and wait another 5mins for someone to ask me if I needed to order. Meanwhile- I see my pizza sitting up where the pizza boxes are- ready to be boxed and handed to me. The person up front says another 5-7 minutes. This was at 6:30pm. I wait until 6:50pm until they finally hand my pizza for my kids!! I asked to speak to the manager, Pam, and she had nothing to say but sorry we got busy. If I didn’t have a 10yo and 6yo that would mutiny if I came back with nothing. I would have asked for my $14 back. Of course the pizza was cold because I saw it SIT visibly for 20 minutes!!
