The only reason I gave them 1 star was because Google made me do it. This vendor does not deserve any positive comments !

I purchased a Luna acoustic from their on-line site in July. Paid in full immediately with PayPal. I did not receive the guitar - did not any receive shipping or tracking information. Requested status of order through website contact form - no response. Emailed - no response. Called store - no response. Left voice mails - no response. Did each off those things again to make sure but still - no response. Finally, forced to file a dispute with PayPal - vendor did not respond to that either.

I was truly hoping to receive this guitar to replace my daughter's that had burned in a home fire. PayPal was nice enough to issue a refund Sept 20th so, all I can do now is warn others of this company's business practices This vendor doesn't care about customers at all, they apparently just care about...

I get all my strings and guitar picks from here. As an acoustic 12 string lead guitarist of a band in the genre of sierreño, I double string my guitars without octaves so I buy singles. I gig every weekend and no less than four hours a night. Four hour contracts usually mean six and above. I don't hold back so I go through strings like crazy. Whether I'm rubbing a corona or Buchanan bottle up and down the strings as a slide or just playing in extreme climate fluctuations(outside then indoor when it gets late past sound curfew)or simply just a useless sound technician who doesn't give me any reverb, it is inevitable that I will be popping strings. I don't normally write reviews, but I had such a great experience with Music Unlimited that I thought I should share. I have a band instrument that hasn't been played in 30 years. Ted Brown Music quoted me $425 to replace all the pads. Over the phone, Music Unlimited quoted me half that price to replace all the pads, which is what I assume needed to be done.

However, once I took it to Music Unlimited, he looked at it and told me that the pads were fine (except one that might need to be replaced) and said that it just needed to be adjusted. In the end, it took 3 days, they adjusted it and didn't need to replace any pads. It works great, and it cost less than $50. So... I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Music Unlimited.
