Mid-Columbia Meals on Wheels — Local services in Richland

Here it is 2 months already & still haven't been to the market. Rec'd card in the mail & when I went to set it up it wouldn't let me do it. So called their office that Monday & talked to a lady & told her what's going on. She didn't know anything & would have someone call me back which never happened. Called back again & got a nice lady & explained to her what was happening & she said she would have someone call me which they never did. I called again & finally I thought got someone who knew what was going on & she said that whoever entered my info put my Birth date wrong & told me to go ahead & use that card & I said no cause then I would have to use a Birth date that's not mine & she said she would try to have someone figure it out & they would call me. No one did. I gave it a week & I called again & she said that my new card would be put in the mail on the 8th & I still don't have it & today which is the 17th. I've pretty much have missed all the good stuff for food & I'm very disappointed. I'm on SS like a lot of people are. I've never had a problem with my card before. Now when I've tried calling they have changed the whole system so you can't get a human now. I've left 2 messages already about my card & no return calls. I know you are busy. I'm frustrated to...
