Wow! Still can't believe this happen? Was to ld by Pedro (manager) that I could return my chair. My husband drove the truck around back to drop off. Salesman, Russ, accommodated me up front with the return. I ask him if I needed to sign anything and he said the guys in the back would sign? I said Ok? Thank you. Upon going out the door I thought, wait, who in the back is going to sign for something I bought with my furniture credit card when it's only in my name? He gave me no paperwork, nothing, just said I was done. So I questioned him again and the man literally went off on me, telling me he had just told me I was done and I needed to listen better! WTH?!? Listen? He let someone else sign for my stuff returned and never gave me paperwork. Because he started telling me I didn't listen it upset me so I rolled on him and it literally turned into a shouting match with this customer service agent yelling at me in the store! If I had been another customer shopping I would have left and went somewhere else. Im a 62 yr old women with a 40 yr old yelling at me. The cameras are there and I'm hoping management can pull them and listen to how he talked to me. Im guessing he was not happy from the beginning because I returned a chair??
