Ok I still love Roasters very much, but today I was pretty disappointed. I know roasters means well and I had never noticed before today. I usually order a 16oz, but today I wanted a bigger coffee so I ordered a 20oz. I got the same flippin coffee I always get and was charged the same amount I am always charged even though I ordered bigger. When I brought it up the guy said we always upgrade the 16oz to a 24oz automatically no charge...ok...then why did I pay the same price as usual? Also your menu doesn't even have 24oz on it. Maybe you guys should make your menu match what your selling, and if you are upgrading the customer deserves to know about it. I wanted a boost and didn't get it. I treat myself to coffee once a week that's it so when it's disappointing that experience...
Read moreWe come here atleast 3 times a week since we live down the street. Usually we have great service here, but today around 3 we were waiting by the walk up window and there were about 3 cars there. The lady said she would be with us when she could, after those three cars left, she took our order. But as other cars arrived she opened the window and let us know the car side was her priority and it would take a while before she gets to us. We understand being busy, but we don’t think it’s right to be told we aren’t a priority. Especially when we spend a lot of money here, poor choice of words and we never had this issue with any other barista there. We ended up leaving after waiting 15 after our order was taken. I also wanted to credit the servers, especially Lexie :-) Lexie is such a sweetheart to all of her customers and almost never messes up my drink ;-)
Since Wake Up Call took over the coffee stand near where I live I've been going less and less. But, today I was really surprised to be denied service completely. I was told that they could not serve me at the walk up window because the air quality. I guess the air is better on the drive through side? Dumbest thing I've ever heard, prolly...
