I visited your Stony Point location on 12/26/23 at about 2:15pm. My shopping experience started out pleasant. My mother, grandmother and I bought four Brahmin bags. We were attended to and the sales associate was personable with great customer service.
I then proceeded to the intimates department where I was again assisted by an engaged associate. She assisted me in the fitting room and with my purchase.
Lastly, I came back around to the accessories before leaving. I noticed the sales assistant, Natellie, continuously walking away as I became closer to her. She even walked over to the other side of the counter to avoid interaction. She never spoke or asked if I needed help. As my mother and grandmother were standing by I said âexcuse me, are these items on sale.â She said very snarky, no and turned her head around to then walk away. I then said âwell how are you today?â She said, well you didnât speak to me. She then began to name a few items in the area that were on sale, again as she is walking away. I was very turned off by her disposition and her smart remarks which were unwarranted. She is a sales associate in a department store which should specialize in customer service and assistance to anyone regardless of their race, creed or color. I believe Natellie should be retrained on how to approach and engage with any customer more appropriately and with a better attitude.

   Read moreLast two visits have been met with pushy, confrontational and argumentative sales people. The latest, in the mens formal wear section, was Laurie. When I explained what I wanted was told that wasn't going to happen.
Then decided to argue with me about her interpretation of charcoal gray being nearly indecipherable to the black. Even when I was trying to explain that it was too dark for the color that I was going for.
Previous was another person in the men's shoe department that wanted to argue style and color matching to my tastes.
Needless to say, I spent my money elsewhere, literally next door, with the most recent one costing them a potential $800 sale.
Why are the employee's arguing with the customer over the stupidest things? Is there pressure from leadership to push a certain thing? In neither circumstance did the sales person want to listen to my preference and style.

   Read moreVisited here recently and was assisted by Nicholas who is a beauty advisor in the fragrances department. This man was so nice, patient, cool and informative. He knows his fragrances!! He was able to go down the line and provide details of each fragrance tested to the point the descriptions matched the smell to the tea, could actually place a visual to it and allđ I have visited the fragrance section before but he made the experience so much more enjoyable. He even took the time to put together a set of men's fragrance samplers for my husband of some of the scents he enjoyed while we were there until the kits come in for men and went down the line of each and every fragrance offered in the women's sampler purchased.
