They're not upfront about their policies they will screw you on your price trade in even if you bring a brand new item that you just purchased that could not be taken back by the store you purchased it from you will receive less than half of what it's worth and then if you go to buy it back they will not just simply give it to you at the price that they paid you for it they will mark it up to what they would sell it to any other customer even with inside an hour's notice do not shop here unless you would like to lose money, receive defective products and subpar customer service. To start the gentleman I spoke with was professional and handled the situation as he was supposed to. This rating is for the store policy. I took In a few pieces of silver bullion to sell that came from 1 or 2 of the more reputable mints. The "magnet" test that was used showed that it is in fact silver from my experience. According to their policy it couldn't be purchased because if moved the magnet. ALL silver bullion stamped .999 that is real will shimmy the magnet. If it sticks to the magnet it is not .999 I have a good amount of experience with precious metals and the pawn business.
