First of all...the dining area was a complete MESS with at least 5 workers there!!

Also the employees DID NOT wear gloves...seen worker peel banana pieces with her BARE HANDS for customer in front of us and she wasn't even the one making his ice cream!! EWWW

I ordered the Oreo Overload....WHAT A LIE & A JOKE but I was not laughing....I literally counted like TWO TINY cookies and the rest were all these chocolate chips!!!

My son ordered chocolate ice cream w Reeses cups....literally only saw ONE SWIRL of pnut butter in it and couldn't even taste anything else...

The price for barely there ice cream was ridiculous...almost $18 for 2 medium sizes!! Felt soo jaded!! Definitely never going back and sticking to our...

They literally refused to give my partner our order because it wasn't me. It was in my name- but his email and all. He knew the entire order, yet The worker still said he could not have it. We pre-ordered on the app so that it would be ready for pick up, and we of course tipped and everything. We will never order from here again. So rude. DO NOT order from Here! Go to DQ or somewhere with nicer employees! They'll give more toppings anyways, because they even skimped on the what we...

Amazing service, people were served very quickly and not waiting very long for their orders. Very kind staff. Your can order a signature ice cream or have your own created. They have multiple different sizes that you can order as well as a planet smoothie bar next it in the same building. My boyfriend and I ordered different ones. I got coffee lovers only and he got the boo batter. Both of them tasted great and I will be...
