Planet Smoothie — Restaurant in Richmond

My first time to planet smoothie was incredibly disappointing. There were only 2 workers and quite a wait to order. They were also blasting a political podcast over the speakers talking about genitalia which was very inappropriate! We ordered a couple of smoothies and milkshake. The milkshake was completely melted and awful. The smoothie was also undrinkabke- chunks of hard coconut that was grainy. I requested a refund for just the milkshake (hadn’t yet tried the smoothie before leaving) and was told refunds were not an option. So I left without a drink or a refund. $18 completely wasted.
