Laner Electric Supply Co Inc — Local services in Richmond

My first time coming to leaner electric because I normally purchase out in Concord, however I would probably never come back given the service initially with Alonzo; maybe he was having a really bad day. But I don't think it's too much to ask how much things cost, or or if I paid for some thing to verify that I actually received it and will call. However, since I couldn't get anyone to help me I was able to find somebody in the back, named Alex, who was outrageously kind and very willing to help. The prices are a little less than stellar compared to the competition. Maybe next time...

Nasty service.... no customer service etiquette at all... short fused people who don't deal with you if you are ordering things for home repairs they only deal with "PROFESSIONAL" MEANING IF You BUY MORE...
