I have had nothing but a terrible experience with these people. Let me start off with saying that the people who answer the phone/work with the people seem fine, they dont really seem connected to the actual problem. Now the problems, I had my laptop in for 7 weeks, and I took it back and it still wasn't even done. The first day it was in they called me like 5 minutes before they left, and told me if i paid $150 it'd be done by the end of the week, maybe the middle of the next week at latest. I then called later that week to check on it, they said they were backed up and it'd be done next week. I called the next week, they said they'd have it done in x days. They essentially just kept telling me the whole time "oh it should be done in a few days" , or "we'll call you back later with an update" , with the latter, I think in the whole 7 weeks they called me back once maybe twice? and half the time when they told me to call back later, they wouldn't answer the phone, and I'd have to wait the entire weekend just to repeat the cycle. The technician and the guy running the phone seem to be really lacking on communication. The first couple of weeks there would apparently be notes in the system from the tech, but the later weeks I was just constantly told that there were no notes, the technician wasnt there (I later found out, apparently the technician comes in "whenever he wants" and they dont have real hours, which is probably why my stuff couldn't get done) so the guy had no idea what was going on with my laptop, so, once again, I would have to call later (and then not get an answer!) When we went to pick up the laptop, the guy had no idea what charger or screws belonged to my laptop, and also texted the technician in charge of my laptop, and he also didnt know! shows how unorganized they are. once again, the technician tried to pull the "ill get it done over the weekend" card, the same thing that has been said pretty much all 7 weeks that theyve had it. Overall, this place sucks, don't waste your time or money on...
Read moreTAKE IT ANYWHERE ELSE!!!! LIED TO TWICE , BLAMED FOR THEIR MISTAKES. Took iPad in for repair for Port it was working properly was told it would take an hour and a half when on the phone . got there had to leave it overnight. What should have took one day ended up taking 2 weeks. I was lied to twice, they admitted to both lies. I took it back they stated they had opened it up found nothing wrong to come back and get it. went back to get it and they stated it wasn't working and they had to open it up I asked didn't you already open it up and they said no after they had said yes . They had to order the part that they broke I was told it would be ordered and it should be fixed in a couple of days. 3 days later no part ordered talk to Wes the owner he stated he was going to order part. 4 days later parts still not ordered. I was informed they don't order pieces until they have a lot of them. I guess that's cost efficient for the company not very customer friendly. 2 weeks later went in to pick up the iPad The other owner (not Wes) was the rudest person I have met in 10 years, he talked disrespectfully to , talked over me, and blamed me for the mistake they made. He would not listen, and was extremely rude. He blamed me for their error ,when we took the iPad in it was fully functional it just would not charge properly but it would charge and everything worked perfectly. There is another tech repair shop a couple .miles north ". Cyber nerds " Has got to be better than...
Read moreRecently discovered this place through a Facebook post not too long ago. Wasn’t really sure what to think, and hadn’t really heard too much about it and it is in an area I wasn’t too familiar with. I would have to say so far I have been extremely surprised. I initially went there for a repair on a laptop that Best Buy told me was not going to be possible to fix, so it made sense for me to rather spend another $1200, they were able to replace the broken parts for 150 and have it back to me within a few days. I then had them take a look at a gaming system but another place told me it was not worth fixing and made more sense for me to spend $120 to get another version of it, they fixed it for $100 and now works just as good as if it were brand new. I then tasked them With not only fixing my older PC, of which they did for me at a discount, but I also test them with the idea of building me a custom PC. I didn’t have very much to go off of, and I trusted there in sight. It Has probably been three days or so since I received the computer, and it has worked to every expectation I could’ve had. If you want to be able to have stuff that works, at a reasonable price, have it Done by people who not only keep in contact with you, but try to go on above and beyond to make sure that you get something that you actually enjoy, all without the red tape, that most other repair places tend to force you through, do yourself the favor of doing business with...
