The only reason for the extra star is that the smoothie tasted pretty good. I'm glad I got the peanut butter because, despite ordering food, I'm still hungry. The All American wrap they gave me was a rolled up stick of tortilla with a sliver of bacon hidden inside, less than a quarter of the size it is at every other location I've been to. They also don't seem to understand the concept of "Curbside" delivery. We were coming from a mess of an event and had a rambunctious muddy puppy in the car, so we didn't want to go through the drive thru with her barking, and we didn't want to leave her in the car by herself, so my friend saw the option for curbside, entered a description of her car, and we parked right outside the front door... and waited... and waited... and waited. They weren't busy. We could see them, and they could plainly see us, sitting in the car described for curbside pick-up. The delivery time kept getting pushed back as we sat there waiting... and waiting... for over 40 minutes. I finally gave up and went in, found our order marked CURBSIDE, and took it back to the car. Unfortunately, I couldn't take back the fat tip my friend left for the curbside delivery that never happened. And by the time I found my tiny breakfast stick buried inside the wrapper (there was more paper than food in the bag)...

This place just keeps getting worse and worse. Literally no one in here and im still waiting 20 mins for a smoothie. People walking in after me getting served before me.
Upon finally getting my smoothie, I CANT DRINK IT BC ITS SO THICK. My 6 year old can produce better quality smoothies for free.
DONT COME HERE.

You cant charge $7 for a smoothie and not even make it right. Also shouldnt take 10 mins to do. This location had been nothing but dissatisfying since it opened. And im almost positive its been here longer than the others.
Theres no reason for me to order my smoothie online 10 minutes before i get there and then have to wait for a meal to be made for the 5 people who JUST WALKED IN. My meal should have already been made, IF NOT made before the people who didnt order AHEAD ONLINE.

Be careful ACCIDENTALLY ORDERING AT THIS LOCATION (We’ve never ordered here before) they will NOT cancel your order or refund your money for a single honest mistake. They want to “resell” your uneaten food and drink instead (ew?). This costed me more than if they were to simply cancel it. I’m also curious as to why the cost was higher at this location from the one I meant to order at..
When we went into the location we thought we ordered at and let them know this^ the reactions we got created motion. Needless to say, they were not shocked and very apologetic “I would have refunded you”. I’ll always be certain we double check the location...
