Biggby Coffee — Restaurant in Richmond

Ordered food sat down went to go back up and get a drink machine was down for the inside customers they had another machine for the drive-thru the lady tried to ring me up at the drive-thru but the manager on the site would not let her needless to say we were denied as regular customers from getting our drinks I was very disappointed I'm really not sure if I will come back I previously left a very good review because I was impressed with the staff but obviously they must not have been properly trained sadly i would like the owner to contact me about...

This was only my second time here and it will be my last. I stopped for a coffee and a bagel sandwich, I was denied service because I only had a $100 bill on me, the girl at the window told me "I don't take $100 bills". I will never give my hard earned money to a place that denies my service because I have a larger bill, that is just ridiculous, it's literally the only bill I had besides a few one dollar bills. That's just terrible business, its no wonder Tim Hortons is always busier then them...

Wanted to try a different drink at a different place. Stopped in there the other day and came back today to get the same drink. This was at the Richmond Biggby's, the staff was so pleasant, and helpful, thank you for your patience. And yes I would Let my friends know how pleased I was and also I really liked my drink!! I've only been there twice and I had the same drink both times. I did not have anything to eat yet to know or even tell any one about the food. Keep up the good...
