UPDATE: I took the computer in and the technician there looked and said the registry had not changed and was showing the old vista which they had updated. He went in and corrected the registry and it has since worked great, other than as with all Windows Microsoft products it is slow. So it now works and since I also run Ubuntu on the same computer I'm impressed with the work done and their quick response in getting back to me. I'm afraid I'm the slow one as they did have this done and working a day after I wrote the first review. I promised them that I would update this review then but didn't get it done. Sorry All Tech Rx.

I was impressed by the reviews I saw on line. But,,,When I took my Sony VAIO laptop computer in for a software fix I was told my harddrive was bad. Told them to go ahead then and install a new harddrive and add as much RAM as it could hold, which wasn't much being as old as it was. Took nearly 3 weeks, I was first told it would be done the first week but then it had trouble downloading updates. ????? The VAIO came with Vista Home edition and I thought that was what they would put back on it as they could get it off the old harddrive. It still worked, just had some bad sectors. Now 3 weeks after picking it up Vista now tells alerts me that it is not a certified copy of Vista and that I'll have to by a copy. Tried caling Alltechrx, busy signal, ah got through finally, man answers, "Can you hold?" certainly, 5 minutes later I hang up. Not very impressive. Guess I'll have to go there after they open at 11 am and complain. I;m not a happy...

I took my phone to get repaired they fixed the screen which was awesome but the repair guy broke the back it was glass which is understanding if you where new at fixing phones but after picking it up tried the SIM card slot with three different SIM cards none worked and put them all in 2 different other phones and worked fine so I called and someone answered and was very nice and told me to on back and we’ll get the repair man to fix it for u so I did and the repair man was there and said something about in the group chat about that he didn’t touch the SIM card slot and it was probably a faulty SIM card slot me knowing he didn’t connect it right so I took it back home and took my phone apart my self with my kit and he didn’t plug in the Main board flex cable back in right. Cannot recommend this shop enough. They are completely transparent with the repair, giving as much detail as you ask for. The honor their warranty, as long as it's not physically damaged, just about any other problem with the repair is covered. I've used their services more than I can count, and they will always be my first choice in repairs, even if it involves an hour drive.
