The lady that's the owner was very rude and disrespectful accused me of lieing about not having a hdmi cable when I came to return my Nintendo Switch but they never gave me one with it. Finally a fellow employee of hers came and told her that I didn't get a hdmi with the Nintendo Switch when I bought it. She had terrible customer service don't recommend going in there it's embarrassing for her company as well considering she's the owner u would think she would be nice and respectful to try and keep her business afloat but that was not the case.

Not true at all I had all the cables u actually didn't provide me with one of the cables when I purchased the Nintendo Switch that's really Professional..... Not. I never said it didn't work I said I just wanted to return it for my money back period. Then u say that I got a hdmi cable with the Nintendo Switch which your employee informed u I did not get one with the Nintendo Switch u were basically accusing me of trying to lie and keep a hdmi cord i never even got from u guys that i was supposed to get when i purchased the Nintendo Switch. Then u want to take 20% back when u didnt even give me all the things that were supposed to come with the Nintendo Switch.U were very unprofessional I hope u don't treat all your customers like that. I called the store roughly 11-11:30am as I'm an hour away. A gentleman answered. I asked the question..Do you have any wii remotes..He said yes. I asked how many he replied I've got over five or six and some just came in. I asked if there's a way I could get 2set aside and I'll be in..He said generally we don't set anything aside..Ok that's fine..How frequent do wii remotes fly off the shelf..Ok..ill be on my way later in the day. Online Buyer. I've bought 4 PS2 games from this place, I was nervous of paying money not knowing if they games would be in good condition. The first order I made was True Crimes New York, ScarFace. I was so excited for ScarFace, but I knew when I took it out of the case there was some scratches at the inner rings which I thought werent to bad until I noticed a slight crack in the disc tried playing it and it froze before getting to the menu screen. It was a let down so I emailed them and got nothing back. A couple of days later I made up my mind and ordered two more games and if one of them comes in the condition scarface was in I was ready to take the loss and not buy from the place again. The second time around the games came in good condition. I just think the scarface game had gotten overlooked, because out of the 4 games I got from here works great so I'll take the loss on the scarface game.
