The lady that's the owner was very rude and disrespectful accused me of lieing about not having a hdmi cable when I came to return my Nintendo Switch but they never gave me one with it. Finally a fellow employee of hers came and told her that I didn't get a hdmi with the Nintendo Switch when I bought it. She had terrible customer service don't recommend going in there it's embarrassing for her company as well considering she's the owner u would think she would be nice and respectful to try and keep her business afloat but that was not the case.

Not true at all I had all the cables u actually didn't provide me with one of the cables when I purchased the Nintendo Switch that's really Professional..... Not. I never said it didn't work I said I just wanted to return it for my money back period. Then u say that I got a hdmi cable with the Nintendo Switch which your employee informed u I did not get one with the Nintendo Switch u were basically accusing me of trying to lie and keep a hdmi cord i never even got from u guys that i was supposed to get when i purchased the Nintendo Switch. The first order I made was True Crimes New York, ScarFace. I was so excited for ScarFace, but I knew when I took it out of the case there was some scratches at the inner rings which I thought werent to bad until I noticed a slight crack in the disc tried playing it and it froze before getting to the menu screen. It was a let down so I emailed them and got nothing back. A couple of days later I made up my mind and ordered two more games and if one of them comes in the condition scarface was in I was ready to take the loss and not buy from the place again. The second time around the games came in good condition. I just think the scarface game had gotten overlooked, because out of the 4 games I got from here works great so I'll take the loss on the scarface game.
