This place will not "SAVE YOU MONEY". My first experience with them was when I was looking for a bed for my daughter. She loved a canopy bed that they had to order. They gave me a price of around $550 and wrote it up, which wasn't bad, but we had to wait 8 weeks to get it. I decided to do some shopping on line to see what I could come up with. no matter where I looked it was going to take a long time to get it. So I called the guy who helped me to place the order. I received no return calls after a few days of trying to call him. I then went to the furniture store to order it. Upon arrival he then tried to help me, which I declined. Another employee said he would help, but wanted to charge me almost $1100 dollars for it. After I showed him the quote that I had before I then told him to pound sand for trying to double the price and rob me. A female employee did help me and sold me the bed for $550.

Then it was time to by my son a bed. We went to the furniture gallery and found a bed he liked for $1200. I told them that I wanted to go home and look on line to compare prices. Of course I found a company out of New York that had the exact same thing for around $600 but they were going to charge $100 for shipping. So $700.... are you catching on yet. I called them and told them about what I had found. They said they would match the price. Okay no problem. So I go down there to pay for it and they want $700. I asked them about matching the price. they said the did. They were going to charge me the $100 for shipping. I then walked out and ordered it online.

No, its not over. I did purchase a couch off of a lady at their discount furniture store. Nice couch, but my dogs got in a fight over a cushion. I called them up for a replacement, they said $100. I then proceeded to call Ashley Furniture and bought the replacement cushion for $25. To this day, I cant stand to hear Rogers voice on the radio. "I'll steal your money". The guy is a crook, if you don't believe me, do your own research. I promise you that you can save hundreds of dollars just by ordering the exact same thing he...

Went in on Friday 8/23/13 to look at dining room and living room furniture. Initial salesperson was Melissa who was nice. I saw an unframed canvas print sitting on easel that was not priced. I asked her about it and she wasn't sure but thought it was about $200. I told her I couldn't do that but she said she'd double check to be sure and went to find out. She brought a man back who checked it over then said he wasn't sure either but made a phone call to find out. He told us it was $200. I told him Sorry, I couldn't do that I was hoping it was closer to $100 since it was a seasonal picture I'd just use a few months a year. He then accused me of trying to buy it cheap so I could "Turn around and sell it on Ebay for $250." I couldn't believe his response. I didn't ask him to take less. I didn't even ask if there would be any sales. All I said was I couldn't pay $200 for it. We turned around and left immediately. It's been 2 days and I'm still surprised at the level of unprofessionalism exhibited.

We have purchased many things here over the last decade, - living room furniture, two bedroom suites, mattresses/box springs, etc. It's a large store with quite a bit of history. That's the only reason I'm giving it 2 Stars instead of 1.

In the future I will stick with Bullerdicks Furniture or Eaton Furniture. The larger selection at Richmond Furniture isn't worth...

Was quoted a price on a bed with an adjustable bottom and went back the following week to purchase the bed after spending almost $2,000.00 on outdoor furniture on the day we were given the quote. We paid for the bed and had it in lay away along with the outdoor furniture. We picked up the outdoor furniture and picked up the bed a couple of weeks later. The base of the bed had been switched to a cheaper base. After numerous phone calls to the store we received a return phone call from them. They REFUSE to furnish the correct base or make a refund of the difference. We spent over $4,000.00 in this store before we picked up this bed set.
