E Street Pub — Restaurant in Richmond

Love this place! Love the people, love the staff, love the laid back atmosphere! My husband and I love it so much that we had our wedding receptiparty there! Good times and great memories! Fridays are pretty laid back, usually with a local band. Saturdays are rock nights and the bands are pretty kickin'. Wednesday and Sunday is karaoke with the coolest karaoke king around. Tuesday and Thursdays are open mic nights, electric and acoustic respectively. And Monday used to be game night, but I can't promise that's true anymore. The staff is great, the owner is really nice, they have a no BS policy that I really, really appreciate, and they really appreciate their customers and know their regulars well. They have 2 pool tables, 2 dart boards, a dance floor, and a new fancy pants...

Wow! This place has always been a dump (I've played dozens of shows here and drank here for 19 years off and on) but they have hit some new lows. Pool table was trashed. Darts were trash.

The "bartender" was trashed on something. Took my 21 YEAR OLD son's card and gave it a 4 second look then took my card and looked at it 20 times like my face was melting. Then proceeded to ask random DRUNK people for their opinion. With gray hair streaking through my head and beard!

I was 3 seconds from leaving when I told him to ask one of the people I knew. Which was a reason I stayed to see my good friend play an open mic set.

E street is my favorite bar for a reason. It's pretty simple really, great drinks, great prices, and great people. Ashley and Josh are both great people and all the bartenders are incredibly nice. The events and bands are always top tier and even the other patrons are great. If you are nervous to go because you don't know anyone there like I was at first, don't be!
