We were so fortunate to be served by Andrea. She was charming and she really knew what she was talking about – all aspects of the jewelry we were seeking. My fiancé was so impressed she put a separate ring in Andrea’s hands to be refurbished for about $1000. In addition, Andrea did what she said she was going to do, called when she said she was going to, and gave extremely helpful advice as we went “all over the map”regarding what we wanted. The next time I come to the store I’m going to tackle Andrea to make sure she waits on me.

Fortunately, I struck gold again as SCOT greeted me and became my jewelry advisor. I didn’t feel pressured. I was so pleased with the options Scot presented (He even went into the back area because he remembered the new shipment had come in that might have something I would like). Scot did not try to lead me to an item that was beyond what I told him I wanted to spend. At the end, confronted by three excellent options, Scot’s sage advice helped me with what I think is a winner. Scot represented the store very, very well.

(Months later)- I must admit that when I go into this splendid jewelry store I look for Andrea. Fortunately, today, when I went to have something done to my watch and to get a new watch band, Andrea was there. I love consistency, and once again, Andrea’s service was special. In fact, I must commend both Andrea and the jeweler expert who fixed my watch within five minutes. (Recently, I was in the Denver area, trying to have the same service. I went to three jewelry stores. Two stores didn’t do watches anymore and one stiffly told me it would take over an hour to have my watch fixed and that they didn’t do watch bands anymore.) The friendly welcome from the staff as I entered, Andrea’s usual superb service (Including a cup of coffee while I waited), and the jewelry expert’s quick fix of my watch were convincing that I shouldn’t go to any other...

Yesterday, I bought a 3/4 inch long cuff ring and put it on my middle finger. This morning, I woke up to a swollen, painful finger and a thick brass ring that wouldn't come off. After trying everything I could at home to remove the ring to no avail, my boyfriend started calling jewelers around town to see if we could get the ring cut. Schwartzchild told us to come in and that they would cut the ring with no charge. We were greeted by Chelsea Stern, a wonderful and empathetic presence, who immediately made me feel at ease with her warmth and a nice hot cup of coffee. Holt Griffin was the technician who patiently manually sawed away at the ring for half an hour with no irritation in his face (although, I wouldn't blame him if it was there - it was definitely an annoying task!). He got me ice water to reduce pain and swelling throughout the "surgery" and made me very comfortable. Chelsea frequently checked for anything we needed through the ordeal and was friendly and chatty. I work in hospitality and I hate to be an obnoxious customer, but they never made me feel that way and they didn't charge me a dime. I even asked if I could pay or tip and they refused. I can't say much about their jewelry selection, but their service is amazing. Thanks Holt...

My family has used Schwarzchild for years. So when we wanted to have an engagement ring made for my fiancé we knew where we wanted to go. We worked with Andrea and she is AMAZING! She is incredibly talented and was able to sketch a design that incorporated the many separate pieces we presented her with into a beautiful design. She was incredibly friendly, professional and easy to work with. She stayed in contact during the entire process, updating us each step of the way. It was so cool to see her initial sketch turn into a CAD drawing when it went to the manufacturer. We had one minor change that needed to be made to the CAD drawing and she took care of that with no issue. We picked up the finished ring last Friday and were absolutely blown away! She nailed the design and my fiancé could not be happier! The entire staff at Cary Court are amazing. They make you feel very welcome and whether you are spending hundreds or thousands they treat you like you are a priority. I could not recommend them more. Would give 100 stars if I could!
