I really wanted to like this place as it is right around the corner from my house. My usual nail salon is a 10-15 minute drive and the service is always excellent. Today, it was raining hard outside and I didnāt want to drive far. So I decided to give this location a shot. The nail techs were busy when I went in ( with no appointment, so I expected to wait ) but I was in a chair in 15 minutes so it worked out well. However, it goes downhill from here. I could sense the tech was irritated that she had another customer. She was not welcoming at all. I needed the dip removed so she placed my hands in the acetone solution. I suggested a paper towel or napkin may help while my nails soak , to help wipe the dip off. ⦠well why did I say that.. She gave me the ugliest face and suggested I didnāt know what I was talking about. Fast forward, after the 3rd or 4th time alternating between the dip and the drill she picks up the cuticle remover and starts peeling of the last bit of polishš I donāt wear acrylic, so she was tearing into my nail. I flinched and saidāouchā ! She gave me another nasty look and said my nail was broken an anyway !š³ She then proceeds to start filing the nails with the drill and jerking my hands and saying relax⦠I said maāam I am relaxed. She immediately jumps up and starts loudly talking about me in her native language. So LOUDLY but all I can decipher is the word RELAX. She storms off and another lady comes to me and says ⦠ā oh sheās busy Iāll do your nails ā. The new tech actually did a great job , and I even left her a tip. However, by this time the damage was done. This was the most immature behavior from a nail tech Iād ever seen. I donāt know if she was trying to get a response or a reaction from me but I stayed calm . The manager was standing there the entire time because I looked directly at him while she was discussing me to the room in Vietnamese . Before leaving I spoke with the manager and said, ā Sir, how do you allow your employee to speak badly about customers in her language in front of them ,because it was obvious she was talking about me .ā He saidā , Iām sorry maāam she said she didnāt feel comfortable with you. Here is a 10% discount.ā I paid my bill and left ā¦ā¦ Lesson learned⦠Iāll stick with my usual nail shop. I would not recommend this place to anyone else. There are waaayyy too many nail shops in the area to tolerate poor customer service. Looking through the lowest ratings comments, their rude behavior seems to be...
Ā Ā Ā Read morevery disappointing experience. I went with my mom and sister. They sat us down and proceeded to perform services we didn't ask for. I had asked for a dipping powder and the girl gave me colors for schellac and told me to hurry up and pick a color. When I picked a color she brought it and I noticed it was schellac not powder...This was not a big deal. My mom asked to get her schellac taken off and the lady started to rip the nails off with a fake tip/nail. It was painful and not good for the nails. We asked why they wouldn't just soak them and take off as normal but they said that this was much faster...they just care about poor service and the next client. Not to mention this service for JUST RIPPING THE NAILS OF cost $25!!!!!
When she finally did my powder I had picked a black color but it turned out purple with pink sparkle...The lady stated to make comments how I am the youngest and most picky. She also didn't even out or file my nails down so they were completely uneven when she put the color on. The said she was done but when I proceeded to pay I noticed that there were weird smudges on the nails. she fixed it....I went in the car and came right back as she forgot to put the top coat on some of the nails she fixed. She told me in front of her boss " you saw me put the top coat on!" They all kept rolling their eyes at me including the manager which was rude as I overpaid for a service and constantly had to tell the girl what she should do....will...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThis place is under "new management again. We went in the early afternoon to try it out and they were already out of certain drinks. Which while it isnt too big of an issue, it was certainly a pull to entice new clients back in. The services rendered were bare minimum and my nails chipped the next day. The technicians were rough on tender nails. The pedicure experience was meh. I paid for the most expensive one and didn't get a proper massage. I had to inquire about getting one. And when she did, it was quick and soft. My initial experience was a long ago where I had acrylics done. One nail fell off two days after getting it done. I went back that same day, showed them my receipt and asked to get it fixed free of charge considering the original cost. They declined, had an attitude about it then spoke to eachother in their language offering nothing else.. The following day, two other nails fell off and I vowed to not try them again. I went back on my word to only be dissatisfied again. I'm sorry, I tried and this time, I will not make this...
