got here at 510 for a party. there was another party in the back room too that got here after we did. they were served before us and left before us. its now 830 and i dont even have my debit card back yet from paying the check. it took 2 hrs before they took our order. i got street tacos that barely came with any onion or cilantro. i dont think ive ever had such prolonged bad service before. then at the end when they bring me my check i signed it and gave it back to them and they brought it back to me a min later and told me to put $0 on the tip line and asked me why i didnt tip. i have never in all my life not tipped but ive also never had this bad of service before. its so unprofessional to ask a customer to tip.then to top it off, the restaurant doesnt close til 10. its 838 pm and they are back here in the party room rearranging the tables, screeching them past me, when my table is about to leave anyway. horrible customer service. if my check was more than...

Typically I don't give bad reviews, but this was ridiculous. I understand it's Cinco de Mayo, and it would be busy. However, we called an order in at 5:28pm. I got there at 6:00pm, and paid at 6:08pm. I waited for a while, and nothing came. I asked 4 separate people about my order, all of them went to the back, came back, and could not give me an answer. People walked in after me, got put on a wait, and then got seated before anyone could even explain to me what was going on. No one offered me a water, gave me an ETA, even told me "Hey, I know it's been a while, I'm sorry." NOTHING!! Finally, a young lady told me "It'll be ready soon", and this was at 6:35pm. I couldn't believe it, hands down the worst service ever. Again, I understand it's Cinco de Mayo, I knew it would be busy, but an hour ticket time and still no food? No explanation? No apology? Nothing....I asked for a refund (which was promptly done), and left. I was...

Our server was Oscar this evening. It's was 8 of us. We all met for dinner. This waiter can't handle a big crowd. He gets confused and said that we made him nervous because he had screwed up our tickets. Then he demands our cards to run our tickets without getting then correct. Very demanding. We told him no until we see our tickets. Then he spills a drink on my brother. This whole evening was just shattered. We hadn't seen our family in a few weeks. We love coming here and eveytime we get Oscar to serve us its always an issue. We would like to do another Sunday funday evening. But if we continue to get this type of service we will stop.coming here and we will tell our friends also. I think our entire party should get comped due to all this confusion and mess.
