CVS — Local services in Ridgefield Park

I got to this pathetic store 10 minutes after 8am, proceeded to the pharmacy counter to purchase my allergy medication.Now I am only person there standing where it says pickups by the register. Granted there was only 1 person working behind the counter.After 10 minutes of waiting there were 2 other people behind me. After another 5 minutes the woman behind me walks over to the pharmacist and asks her if she could pick up her prescription in the drop off area. So what do you think the pharmacist does? she starts taking care of the woman who was in line behind me.When I asked what was going on she replied I will be with you in a minute. I stated i was first and waiting patiently that I had to get back to work after 18 minutes of being ignored. at that point she just ignored me more. I waited 5 more minutesI just dropped the other items I had in my hands and walked out. This store blows. I am making a formal complaint with their cooperate office... avoid this...

This store is well stocked from Vitamins, medicinal needs etc. I’m posting this review to give a huge thumbs up to an employee that was very helpful to me this morning. His name is Larry. Larry actually greeted me when I came into the store, something of a surprise because in the Northeast this is not a common practice. Larry helped me find some vitamins I was looking for and to make sure the proper discounts where applied with my CVS reward card. Even if all these chain pharmacies are built the same what makes the difference is the quality of people that help run it. If CVS hires more people like Larry it will definitely continue to succeed. Rob and Vincent, the managers, are super great. Rob walked my ma through developing her pictures step by step, and was so kind and considerate to her. He made her feel valued as a customer and I am grateful to him for that. Vincent is always smiling and just so kind. One of the best managers I've seen in action.

All the friendly cashiers greet as you come in and make you feel so welcomed.

The prices of CVS may be high at times, but, if you stack store and manufacturers' coupons, you can find many bargains -- and, again, you can't beat it for the service. It's a place that makes you glad that...
